Best place to get therapy, and I’ve been to many in SD! They are friendly, flexible and extremely professional. They go out of their way to make sure that they can fit you into the schedule. There are plenty of well-trained therapists and assistance to help you get to your goals.

I am really thankful I was assigned to Proactive. The therapist are so well trained and are very knowledgeable in what they do. I would like to say thank you and you all are angels! Keep up the wonderful work u all do.

The staff is amazing! Great environment. Very knowledgable and professional. Laura and the team gave me the most simple fundamentals to get rid of my back pain, and it actually worked! Hopefully i wont be back with future injuries, but if I do, I know where to go. Thank you!!

After I was in a falling accident my doctors sent me to Proactive. I have had surgery on my lower back, my hip, my wrist and my thumb and I have been to at least 80 appointments. All the therapists and support staff are experienced, knowledgeable, patient and most of all, understanding of the patients frustration and situation when being faced with an injury. Proactive gives you the feeling of being at a friends home instead of a medical appointment. I would recommend Proactive to everyone !

I had to have specialized PT following surgery for a broken wrist and my surgeon sent me to ProActive PT in Rancho Bernardo. I have made amazing progress thanks to Amyn and his team. They are very busy but always find a way to get you scheduled. The entire staff is professional, friendly and funny. I highly recommend them.

Super skilled and knowledgeable therapists; enthusiastic and helpful support staff; and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Every person here seems happy to be there, which makes such a difference in patient morale. I needed OT for a broken elbow and made a ton of progress thanks to structured treatments that increased my range of motion, strength, and flexibility. Can't recommend this location and its people enough!

This is my second round with ProActive PT. Last year Jon helped me with my knee. This year Jina is treating my shoulder. I could not be happier! Everyone I see working there is professional and caring. The facilities have easy parking and are spic and span. Equipment is great. I look forward to my appointments!

I have been going to Pro Active for about 6 weeks. I fractured my left femur. Jon has been doing my physical therapy . He is Wonderful. So caring , always on time, listens to you and really is so professional and he has healed me! Everyone at ProActive are great ! Very friendly and warm place to walk into and get healed by great people. I would recommend ProActive to anyone who needs physical therapy and to get healed .
