We had a great late lunch with happy hour prices. We decided to get someunch at the mall and yard house was calling our names. We ended up being seated very quickly and got the best waiter. Devin is awesome. He goes above and beyond to assist. When an item on the happy hour list didn't come up on the tablet, he took care of it on his side so we could enjoy. Food came out and everything was cooked perfectly. We will come again soon. Thank you.

This Yard House is located in the Mission Valley Mall close to the AMC 20. The staff was welcoming, and we had a good server(Conner)that was excellent with us. We tried the Happy Hour menu 1/2 of Appitizers and $2.00 off all drafts. This is a great Happy Hour place to try.

Excellent lunch at Yard House in Mission Valley mall today. We ordered the seared ahi tuna, whiskey glazed salmon, and lobster and shrimp pasta and everything was delicious. Great-tasting drinks and a friendly staff that gets all of your needs taken care of quickly. Recommend!

This place has a great happy hour. They also have great portion sizes and plenty of brews on tap. All the appetizers and food my group ordered loved it. Id recommend popping in here for a brew before or after shopping.

Spent some good time with the Bro's for lunch. Did not have to wait for seating and service was quick. The servers are friendly and helpful with selections on the menu. A large list to choose from. Friendly for a gathering with friends or a family outing.

Really upsetting visit. My first ever bad review. I been here before (once) and don’t remember having an issue. Since the moment we got in (1hr and 30 min before closing) the host rolled her eyes at us, didn’t even hide her facial expression. Sat us down, the server came and took our order. Asked for straws, she then leaves to get some, but then it took her a really long time to bring them. We get our food, my friend had asked for a side of ranch, he didn’t get. It’s okay, sometimes we forget things. The server was no where to be found, when she finally approaches, I raise my hand to ask her about it, she makes eye contact with me and completely ignores me, going to another table. Never comes back, later in she comes back asking if we need anything, we ask for more water. She leaves for the water, 10 minutes pass and we don’t see any sign of her. So we decided to pay for our food on the tablet and left. The food wasn’t as good, tacos were really dry. Only thing that was kind of worth it was the nachos

Good ambience but little dim lights inside. Food is tasty. Good drinks menu and have vegetarian options. They give desserts if anyone is celebrating the birthday.

Always a good spot to have drinks and all the food is great. The pizza is yummy, the onion tower is a great appetizer as well. The sangria is highly recommended along with their Hawaiian mule if you like pineapple vodka it’s not strong and it’s fruity, pretty refreshing. The mojitos are also good and not too strong. If you like stouts they have a pretty strong stout on the menu which isn’t too bad but could be overwhelming for many people. I also recommend the dessert! Crème brûlée is creamy and the chocolate cake is moist and flavorful with the sauce. The chicken bowl is recommended if you want to be a little more healthy. It has quinoa and vegetables. You can add any protein you want such as steak or shrimp as well (the options are on the menu). Happy hour is always great! If you can make it during happy hour you won’t regret it!

Super good! Drink was amazing. I started with the firecracker shrimp and spicy edamame. Super tasty, hot, and fresh! Tried the Philly topped with crunchy onions which was good but I couldn’t finish because the appetizers filled me up!

Me and my Women Veterans meet up here. Good food and drinks. Great staff always. They also give Veterans discounts through the whole year. Not just every year for all these reasons I will always be a loyal customer.

We went there for a quick lunch. Everything was so good. From pizza to the grilled BBQ Beef was so yummy. Their service is also awesome 👏🏼. Shiitake garlic Noodles had its nice flavor, was mild and yum. Grilled bbq chicken salad was also 👍🏽 .Last but not the least their bread pudding dessert was awesome 😍 we finished everything in the plate👍🏽

My husband and I visited on a Thursday night. The NBA finals between Golden State and Dallas was on. It wasn't super busy but there was a little crowd. We ordered food and drinks and it all came out expeditiously. The Chicken Tortilla soup was BOMB! My husband enjoyed the Vampire Tacos, rice and beans. I also ordered guacamole and chips, the guacamole could have used some salt but it was still good. However.... the Poke Nachos stole the show!!! Soooo yummy! If you are into poke you must try these! The staff and vibe was great! Highly recommend for a casual date night. Cheers!

Family member took me to lunch to catch up while on vacation. Highly recommend their Hawaiian Mule and the Poke nachos, I'm hawaiian born and raised on the islands til I got married and I tend to judge anything that says its "hawaiian" so with that said this was actually really good🔥🔥

I always thought the yard house was supposed to be some kind of cool place, but it was just average in my opinion. The beer list was big and good, but the food seemed like an afterthought, which makes sense for a place like this I guess. My wife had the blackened shrimp tacos but they weren't actually blackened, instead they just had a light smattering of seasoning on them. My Nashville chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly, but the flavor was just fine. To be honest KFC's new spicy chicken sandwich tastes better. I will say, the "Bold Fashioned" (old fashioned) I got was really good. One of the best I've had. All in all it was fine but I wasn't that impressed. The service was good.

Yard House is a staple for the squad . It never fails us and they have something for everyone. I usually get the calamari, but today I got the Delicious sliders with truffle fries and spinach dip . Service was beautiful and we had a good time . Definitely recommend

Very tasty and great portion for the price. The kid's meals were so huge that my toddlers who are big eaters actually had leftovers. We also had leftovers, so we have lunch for the next day lol they also came out fast too. Miko, our server, was very attentive and prompt. Great service! If we lived any closer, this place would've been our new ''go to'' restaurant. Too bad it's not close enough lol will definitely be back when we visit san diego again.

There's a cheesesteak somewhere underneath these dry onions... first time here. Sorry it disappointed. When we got here, no wait which was great. It took awhile before our server showed up, took drink orders, and even longer for apps. Which were pretty easy, so that was a surprise. For a Sunday afternoon it was pretty busy. Our server was nice and friendly, so for that I actually tipped more than I usually would. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, and I didn't mention it to our server but the bread could not have been any harder or drier. Such a shame. I just picked my steak out. The truffle fries? Followed suit. Dry also, odd considering it's namesake. I couldn't tell truffles were apart of them. My sons pizza was pretty unappetizing but the rest of our party were satisfied. Likely won't go back. Doesn't compare at all to the one in Dallas I used to frequent. Pretty steep bill for an unsatisfactory experience. Also, some times too many options isn't a good thing. The menu was overwhelming

I got one of the house beers and the blackened ahi tuna salad. Absolutely killer and surprisingly filling (I couldn't even finish it). I'm a real big fan of the ambience in particular. Low light, real intimate but still a happening place.

The food was really good. I had the fish and chips, my friend had a steak bowl and we both split the ahi tuna. Besides our bar tender being a bit slow food, drink and atmosphere was great.

Try it on Happy hours, so cheap not too crowded, also customer service was great.

If you go online they have their vegan menu and options but not obvious from in house menu. Great service and vegan food was good.

Love their parmesan truffle fries! They aren't on the happy hour menu but so worth it!

Food is great and all but that’s not what this review is about. I am still sitting in the restaurant right now writing this. Jeremy was amazing. Easily one of if not the best servers I’ve had. He went above and beyond and had amazing customer service. Was on top of keeping up updated on our order. Refilled our waters before they got too low. Was extremely kind and friendly. Kept asking us if there’s anything else we needed but gave us our space when we were eating our meals. I couldn’t give as large of a tip as I’d have liked to as it’s right before Christmas so money is a little tight (yes I know that’s contradictory by eating out on a Tuesday night but let a man’s live a little.) He 100% deserves a raise.

The drinks are always good. I got strawberry mule and it was great. The jambalaya was bomb as well. Good atmosphere and good service. I totally recommend

They had outside seating during our visit with heat on, on the side to keep the guests warm. Food took a while but it was worth wait because food was very delicious. While using their restroom, just use hand gesture to open the door especially during COVID-19 days it helps.

Wait times can be over an hour. But service is always good. Food and drinks are always good.

The food was okay. The spicy tuna roll was really good and so was the mini cheesecake brulee. However the Korean BBQ appetizer was pretty chewy/tough with under whelming rice/sauce. The cheese curds where basically mozzarella sticks but the outer portion was nice and light and the garlic aioli was yum. Service also was just okay.

No matter what state you're in. This restaurant never disappoints. Highly highly highly recommend to everyone. If you're trying to decide where to go, yard house is the answer.

This is the best place for kebabs on this side of town. It's run by a mother and her son, they are extremely friendly and helpful. Make this your destination when you have an urge for Mediterranean food.

We had a great experience at Yard House. Our waiter was amazing, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was really nice. My husband had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich which I tried and it was so good and had a nice heat to it. I had a pork burger with a blueberry ketchup which sounds so weird but was absolutely amazing and almost tasted like a BBQ sauce. My daughter had the vampire quesadilla and I also tried hers and I highly recommend it!! I thought it was even better than my own food. The appetizer we had was the lobster crab artichoke dip which was also so good!

This place is a blast! Their lamb burger was outstanding and their garlic fries were tasty! Our server was so nice, and she got our food out pretty quick. You honestly can't beat their happy hour. We spilt a burger, fried calamari, and a plate of garlic fries, plus 2 beers for $42. I think this place will probably be our go-to from now on.

Always love Yard House, I've been to the one in Palm Desert, Newport, Pasadena and the one in San Diego holds up the standards like all of them.

Our server Brittany was amazing! We had cheeses curds, poke nachos(wontons on the side), margherita pizza, pepperoni & pizza mushroom. Plenty for the 2 of us and dinner for our 15 yo. Happy hour is the best deal in town!

Decent food the case can get a little crowded here and there. It is pretty expensive for the quality of the food but it is usually good if there are sports games playing to get out there and be in there with the crowd. There can be a wait but its like that in all good places downtown.
