You won't believe this. Panda Express doesn't have salt & pepper packets. Even though the food is prepared in sauces, the flavoring really is bland. Aside from that, the food provides nutrition. There are many food options to choose from including brown rice, white rice, chow mein or vegetables. Steak may be accompanied with shrimp, or broccoli or sauteed veggies. Chicken may be complemented with mushroom, orange sauce, or cashews. Or perhaps if meat is not your cuisine, alternatives are offered. I ordered the kiddie meal with peppered steak and broccoli. It is the healthiest food option at Las Americas but it's Panda Express. No reason to do cartwheels. Service was fast, friendly and with smiles. I went on a busy Saturday and the cleanliness and sanitizing was maintained between customers. Staff continues to wear face coverings, while customers have a choice.

Just visited at 7:30 pm on 10/26/22 and almost no food left. I continually heard the woman say es Que cerramos a las 8:00pm (it’s because we close at 8) as customer after customer asked why there wasn’t more food and then left like I did. This is not what I expect at Panda which is known for super proactive training and customer satisfaction. Either they are trying to get out early or have employee issues. Only One cook was present. What you see in the photo is everything they had except for orange chicken in the next area.

The server gave herself a 10 % tip on our credit card without asking. We noticed the price difference and asked why. Be careful.

Horrible service, waiting for noodles for almost 20 minutes, when I asked for a manager, she gave me attitude and said that I was told that there would be a wait, when nobody told me that there would be a wait until after I paid. Then gave me attitude and said want me to remake your whole order, I said yes please, and she then completed my order and when I got home, 45 minutes later, the order was wrong. I will be reaching out to corporate and complaining. If I'm not mistaken, the Manager was Alani, and the other woman that gave horrible service was named Misty. Misty was touching the register and then putting her hands inside the little red side boxes and putting food in them. Disgusting and unacceptable during a pandemic especially. I have attached a photo of the empty pan of noodles. There were at least 6-8 people waiting for noodles, when I was waiting. Unacceptable.

This tasted so great after eating tacos for 4 days in Tijuana. Fast service and friendly.

There is parking lot and many kind brands outlets store.its really nice outlet but panda express no many options. And also I wanted salt and pepper but they don't have it's really funny.just 4 persons working not so busy.i don't know I guess I don't like.

It's probably the time of the year but it was really busy when I was there that was maybe a line of at least 10 people waiting to be handled by the people doing all the work but they managed to resolve everybody's order and I was really happy. The restaurant is conveniently located inside the plaza and there's plenty of parking room so you won't worry about that. Since they're always selling food that means that you're going to get a freshly prepared dish like I did with the chow mein and the chicken. Despite the large amount of people that place was cleaned by the people that were working. The pricings are fair for the location, food quality, and the proportions.

I don’t enjoy when employees are just rushing through the line. They don’t want to give you time to see what options they got. I understand it’s the same food but depending on how fresh it is , it will depend on what I’m going to pick.

It was a slow day, but the food was great. Had a plate to go. Friendly service at this one, that you don't normally get. Thank you.

Very disorganized no chow mein. Ready waited almost 15 minutes and they had so many orders for chow mein that I had to wait for them even longer ..And to top off it tastes burnt !!! I got food and I told the lady that this was a mess in there where you eat food its allegvery dirty and she just walked away . She didn’t even speak English come on we are in America at least a little bit is required !

For all the money they make at this location. They should hire more staff and keep it clean. of course food is good 👍

Bring your own utensils, the worker put their hands all over the part that goes in your mouth from a big basket pointing everywhere. Expensive too! Otherwise great

It was 7:07 pm and they where picking up, they don't carry the combos and they gave me 5 ships. Customer services good but they nees to put a little more attention to cleaning the tables.

I will definitely go back to try their other delicious dishes.

A little disappointing. I love Panda and Beijing beef is one of my favorite dishes. I had lunch at this Panda today and the noodles were extremely dry like cardboard. Not a good taste. And the Beijing beef though it had a good flavor was overcooked and I believe it had been in the warming tray for quite some time because it was very dry and tough. I brought it to the manager's attention but he gave me a quick answer and said thank you. I don't know if that was a brush off or he was really going to check into it. Well anyway that was my experience.

The food is good but the place gets crowded very fast and people end up making a lane in between tables and it's not convenient.

The food is great I just feel they are under staffed normally they only have one cook so sometimes you get wait times but they always tell you if you are going to have to wait for a certain thing in my case it’s always the black pepper chicken also maybe you should adjust the time it opens it says 10 AM but it’s inaccurate it opens at 11

They always "forget" to put the Teriyaki sauce inside your bag, so if you don't check it, you only get an overprice grilled chicken.

Honestly I have never been to a Panda Express, where they put a small portion of food like this. 15 dollars for a plate, 1.25 for walnut shrimp all hard and cold, and only small 5 shrimps? Horrible service and attitude from some employees.

I know it hard to run a food business and u don't like to post negative reviews buy the employees of the this panda express were very mean and disrespectful.

Great place for Chinese food. It's inside the outlet mall at the boarder. The food was hot and fresh. The service was fast and good!

The food was not very good. I'm disappointed since this was the first time I ate here. Maybe Panda Express should care a little more about the quality of food they serve.

Bad service, got my order messed up and on top of that the food was gross and my partner and i ended up getting food poisoning, never coming back to this location what a disappointment. 👎
