Love the diversity of people as I walk through the park. I often hear so many languages and see all kinds of people- old, young, all colors- it makes me feel great to see we have a vibrant and diverse community that appreciates nature and self care. Oh and the lake and surroundings are also absolutely beautiful :)

Lake Murray is a wonderful place for recreation, exercise and family photoshoots as well. I enjoy morning walks at lake Murray. My daughter and I also took Spring photos at Lake Murray this year (2019) and they turned out lovley!. With the rain from this winter and early spring, Lake Murray had beautiful flowers that blossomed so nicely. We were careful on the land and made sure to keep the area clean. Upkeep in the area is good, always nice to be courteous to your local parks!

Great place to walk around and get some fresh air. I believe dogs are welcome but have to be on a leash. Can only fish if you are 15 years of age or younger. There's some playground equipment, plenty of trails for walking. Geese and ducks to watch.

I love the trail around the lake, so beautiful and relaxing. I’ve also visit the other side of the lake where there is a recreational area for countless activities. Really nice place to work out or just bring the family on the weekend to have a great time.

I love riding my bike here, it's also a great run with some slight inclines. It's about 6 miles from the main parking lot, around the lake to the fence and back.

Lake Murray is a great place, I love to take a walk in the nice breeze, go fishing, feed the ducks, etc. They have a concession with (usually) very nice people there.

It's a really nice place where you can see birds, fish, nature, and turtles. On one side is a lake and the other side is a baseball field. The lake is mostly used to bring kids to, jog, and go fishing.

The fish Gods can be picky here and you have to give the lake time to produce a fruitful day but those who know this lake will continue to flip out here and reel in them LMB. There are some great spots on the opposite side of the launch dock, you have to drive around to get to the park on the other side to access but worth it. If you get there before the store is open, you can put cash in the envelope for a fishing license

Greatly enjoyed my morning Walk at Chollas Lake. Dog friendly, easy parking and most important a very peaceful and safe environment with trails and other activities.

Nice neighborhood place to hike. I like that it has lower with the lake and upper level if you want to hike more.

Beautiful and quiet place to get a nice walk in or go for a ride on a paddle boat. Lake Murray offers plenty of space for everyone, with parking in several spots and multiple entering points. Paved running trail and regular dirt running trail for different terrain feels. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a stroll through the area, a picnic, fishing, exercise, or just taking in the view.
