Went to this location because another nearby was closed due to construction. Unfortunately they didn’t borrow staff from that one to accommodate the customers that are coming to this location. This location was packed but service was so slow and bad due to lack of staff - honestly they should have closed a portion of the floor if they can’t serve everyone. We got some food and drinks sporadically but nearly every one of our orders was incorrect and had to be remade. My friend was so annoyed with the service she no longer wanted to eat anything after her meal was wrong and they had forgotten her drink so long the ice melted. It took over an hour for us to actually eat once we were seated and even then it was adequate at best. I really do hope Buffalo Wild Wings understands how poor the service is and brings some more folks to this location because it is unacceptable. Watching servers and food runners stressed out over door dash orders and trying to get to everyone’s tables with food and drinks was unfair to them. The short staff is doing the best they can and probably aren’t receiving much in the way of tips because they can’t get to people fast enough.

Great place to watch sports! I had the mango habenero boneless wings, and they are legit hot! I even had to order milk to help calm the hotness down. Yummy tots, too. The servers were friendly. Good music playing.

Stopped here for some wings on the way home. I went to the bar to get a soda and order the wings. The server was pleasant and took my drink order. When it arrived, there was mold on the inside bottom of the cup. I wish I would have noticed it before I drank some of it. I received another drink and then placed my wing order. 2 six piece wings, 2 different sauces and onion rings TO GO. So as I watched the game, my order came as an eat in order. I guess I should have gotten a clue when the server put napkins in front of me at the bar. I reminded them that the order was to go but I guess that didn’t make it back to the kitchen. 🙄. The wings on closer inspection once I arrived home were either too wet or too dry. The carrots were dry, the blue cheese was watered down, was too salty and had no blue cheese in it. The onion rings were ok except that they were cold because it took the server 10 minutes to check me out once I told them I wanted to check out. This place used to be solid, busy, the food was awesome but not anymore. There were hardly any people there, all the employees looked grimey and unkept. Not people I would want handling my food I’m sayin’. Please go to Pizza Hut for their wings, or really anywhere else but here.

Service bad & slow and Food cold & old.(after complaint just heated in Oil). Never again.🙅🏻‍♀️

I really liked the food, everything was very tasty. the atmosphere of this place is also great. special thanks to Steven, he made our experience even more enjoyable. Steven is a very sweet and pleasant person. we will definitely return to this establishment.

Make sure you order a combo! I would appreciate if my waiter would have told me that instead of ordering separately. I really like this branch but I have been to better units. In other units, their wings are so tasty and crispy and in this one was kind of missing. The atmosphere was kind of off and their bathroom was grossed. Not sure if I will be back.

We ordered food with a side of fries, we got tots. Neither of us cared for tots, they said they wouldn't charge us for them, and they didn't, but never offered the fries. Then they bring out a huge serving of tots complimentary! Our food also took awhile.

Middle of the day, not too many people there other than my own large party I was with. Took longer than a half hour to get our drink orders taken and about the same time to get them fulfilled. Took the same total time to get our food and the wings were dry even with the sauce on them.
