Great Place! Kristina was my nurse she was super helpful and informative. I’m typically afraid of needles but she put me at ease and distracted me and the shot didn’t hurt. I recommend filling out the paperwork before hand it makes things go by quicker.

Nora was nothing short of outstanding! She was well informed and had excellent customer service skills! highly recommend this place for all of your international travel needs. Ask For Nora Burch- she's the best!

Such a great experience! I thought they would be hard-selling all the recommended vaccines but Wendy was super respectful about the fact I wanted to be conservative. She helped me figure out the best vaccines for my budget and comfort level. She even followed up with me the next day. Highly recommend.

The service is impeccable! I was recommended all the appropriate shots for the area to which I am traveling. I also received additional necessary info and facts I hadn't considered. The turnaround time from my entry to the shots to my exit was solid! I'll be back for sure.

We had a great experience with Passport Health! I was having trouble getting an appointment anywhere in time for our upcoming trip, but I was able to get one at Passport Health, and am thankful I did! The nurse who helped us was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She clearly laid out all the health risks and available vaccines and medications that were relevant to our trip, but was not pushy and allowed us space to make our own decisions about what to take. Passport Health offered discounts for filling out the forms online ahead of time and for having both my husband and I bundled in one appointment. The vaccines themselves were not cheap, but that is to be expected when not using insurance. The nurse gave a great tip to use GoodRx for the prescription we are getting. I would recommend Passport Health to anyone needing a travel clinic!

Very professional and very quick, yet friendly service. And they went out of their way to copy over my lost Certificate of Vaccinations.

Quick and easy! The nurse I met with was friendly and explained each vaccine recommended for my trip. They gave me a personalized booklet with an overview of recommended vaccines, country info, travel info from the US embassy, and other helpful information. I strongly suggest trying to get there early because parking can be a bit tricky. Beware of Google maps, it led me to a sports bar---turns out the clinic is in a building behind the sports bar, which meant I had to keep driving down the road and ignore Google maps.

Christina was an amazing help - very organized and quick with information that I could grasp. She somehow made it so that I could make some tough decisions more easily, and I really appreciated her attentiveness to my questions. I left the office with some great travel supplies and a feeling of increased confidence in my upcoming trip to East Africa. (ALSO, I couldn't believe when she told me that my shot was over and done with - I didn't feel a thing!)

We visited Passport Health on Camino Del Rio South for our travel vaccines. We are a family of 5 traveling to Dubai and Kenya this summer. The nurse who helped us was Christina P., and she was great. She was very knowledgeable about what vaccines we needed. There were a couple of vaccines that we didn’t really need (b/c of the time of year and regions we were traveling to) and she talked through all of those options with us. I would highly recommend going here for your travel vaccines!

Great experience at passport health. I was able to get an appointment very quickly right before my trip. They were well prepared with all of the documentation and information I provided before the appointment. They had my packet already for the specific country that I was traveling to with recommendations according to the CDC. They were able to provide the immunizations that I needed. My nurse was so friendly and adorable. I felt very well taken care of and I feel well prepared for my trip. Thank you so much!

Fantastic service! I'm traveling to two countries in Asia. They had very detailed information and recommendations and were very helpful in understanding it all. I was impressed with amount of detailed info they have on disease outbreaks and statuses for countries and cities.

The entire experience was quick and easy. I made an appointment the day before, so was happy to get in so soon, especially with my trip coming up relatively quickly. Christina P helped me and walked me through all the immunizations and prescriptions I should get and which ones she wouldn't recommend. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and the entire experience was painless (except for the shots at the end :) ). Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a travel clinic.

Nurse very knowledgeable on travel health issues and immunizations. Shot were very easy. No pain. A bug in the online form doesn't show everything that you entered when it is printed. Will ask you for same information again during visit. Needs to get fixed.

I went into this office without thinking of anything other than getting a shot I needed for a future trip and left sooooo educated and much more knowledgeable and aware of what I should pay attention to on my travels. Mary Lynn was so helpful- had a book already with earmarks on the countries I would be going to and reviewed all the necessary info related to it. I never would have received that much attention and education if I went to a regular health care facility! She was great help! I will be going there again for all my travels!

So, I’m traveling to India and was recommended last-minute by a friend to try and get a hold of some prophylactics. I called them in a panic yesterday and they were able to schedule a video appointment for today and also send the prescription over to my pharmacy that same day! Would highly recommend. Also Tiffany is the absolute best!

We enjoyed our health meeting with Wendy. She was extremely informative and encouraging. She made us feel comfortable about traveling internationally, especially to a remote area where so many vaccines are needed. We were already scared because of the pandemic but Wendy went over all the necessary information and discussed all of our concerns. She is very personable. PassPort Health’s option to have the Zoom call was So easy The closest office to us is about 30min away so we were able to zoom the health meeting which was awesome. Definitely recommend PassPort Health before you travel rather than googling the necessary vaccines. Information is always changing. Ask for Wendy when you schedule your appointment!

Wonderful experience! My nurse was a fountain of valuable information regarding travel, health, and other important topics related to international travel. This was so refreshing because this will be my first international trip.

This is was a terrible experience. As others have said I trusted it because my physician referred me here. However I will be giving feedback to my physician after this experience. You call to make an appt at this point they do give you pricing, I knew that some of the rarer vaccines are expensive. I was expecting to pay for said vaccines. However when I arrived they sat me down in a weird consult office that reminded me of a finance office at a car dealership. And told me what they recommended for the country I was visiting. However I already knew all this based on a simple google search on the CDC website. During the appt they also gave me bad information and tried to get me to signup for unnecessary vaccines. Also the vaccine that I drove to the clinic to receive was not going to work without first consulting with my PCP. I told them in my medical records what my existing conditions were and they still booked me for my appointment and charged me an appointment fee with my medical history being known. Thankfully the nurse did tell me that I wasn't a good fit for the vaccine but I could've saved $100 and the time effort to drive to this clinic if they had let me know ahead of time. Terrible experience all around. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy

I got so much more than anticipated. The nurse was knowledgeable, funny, and professional. I learned about what was needed and not while to protect myself in my upcoming safari.

This was everything I needed. Google had me confused. I was able to ask questions and she knew all the answers. I was able to get estimates and timelines for everything. I was also given a coupon for a particular vaccination. I feel very prepared for my trip now. I highly recommend!

My daughter and I recently went in for travel consult. The nurse we had offered very little advice and failed to provide critical information regarding the timing of the vaccine recommended prior to travel. She recommended the oral vaccine that would be taken over the course of the week when our travel date was only a week away. (Side note, she recommended it because it was effective 5 years instead of 1. Come to find out it is 3 years and you can get a booster after that.) When I asked her (and expressed concern) if there was enough time for the oral vaccine she said yes because it's only four doses. She never said this was even a rush, just that the 4 doses had to be taken before travel. When I later looked at the pamphlet on the vaccine I realized the last dose needed to be taken at least one week prior to departure. This was impossible to do. I called Passport Health and spoke with a very nice operator named Rebecca but she could offer no assistance. I asked for an appointment to get the single shot of the vaccine (instead of the oral form that had to be taken over 7 days). She said I could have an appointment but would have to pay for the vaccine again. I would not give this company my money again. Much better off using another travel clinic or CVS, etc.

How many people can say that after having been administered 5 SHOTS in preparation for a trip to Africa--that both my husband and myself genuinely enjoyed our experience with Passport Health and the nurse, Christina Pezze, in particular! This is the second time we have used Passport Health and we have been completely pleased both times. They are thorough and extremely efficient in giving you detailed health status and medical information about the places you are visiting--providing patients all of the options available to them. I would highly recommend this company and the nurse, Christina, to anyone needing assistance with their travels!

I wasn't happy with Kristina Martinez service yesterday. Her breath stink and it was unbearable . I was there for vaccination, She seemed grumpy, unprofessional and angry. Giving bad looks when asking me questions and not taking time listening to my questions. I understand people have bad days but professionalism is key. My brother and 2 sisters also need the yellow fever vaccine on July 2019 but I don't want them to go through that situation I went through. We will try some where else, be it another state.

The nurses are good (knowledge, shots, etc.). The clinic is not. There is only one reason to go here--if you need a yellow fever vaccine (currently in shortage). After driving two hours, we got a text saying our appointment would need to be rescheduled. They miraculously got us in the same morning. Good job, keeping the scheduled time. Everything is overpriced and the focus is $. Rx policy? If you don't pick up your Rx quickly enough and the pharmacy restocks it, you have to revisit the clinic (in person) and pay an additional fee. Show me another doctor who does that. Speaking of doctors, I didn't see or hear of one in the clinic the two hours we were there. Saw one's name on the wall. Not sure the last time s/he stopped in to see how his/her turnkey "clinic" is doing. Go. Elsewhere.

I called here to make an appointment and was off-put by their policies (no insurance coverage, cancellation fee, asking for my credit card immediately). On top of that, the scheduling person was really rude. I tried to cancel immediately after I saw the Yelp reviews confirming this place is a rip-off. I'm still on hold trying to cancel... Do not go here. Go to Costco!

Christina at Passport Health was very professional & informed! She's exactly the person you need to answer questions about vaccines & immunizations and she has up-to-date information. She let me know that Yellow Fever vaccine is now good for life so I didn't need to get another vaccination which saved me money and from getting another shot. I've used them in the past and keep going back!

I was rather prepared for my trip and only went to the clinic for the Typhoid vaccine so I can't attest to the other services they provide. Overall, it was helpful and less expensive than what my own healthcare was going to charge me. I would go back and recommend to anyone.
