Our experience with Collins Family Jewelers was nothing short of great! I initially went in myself to get an idea of rings I liked, and the woman who helped me was extremely patient as I had no clue what I wanted or where to start. After the initial consultation, we actually saw/found our loose diamond on Collins Instagram - when I came in to look at it, Briana was unbelievably helpful, honest, and inviting. My partner is extremely busy with work, so I was handling the first steps myself, and having someone who felt like a sister/friend was indescribable! Finally, on our last visit to design, Briana again was so sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel rushed or like our questions were too much. Neither myself or my boyfriend know much about diamonds, and Briana and the team did a great job walking us through the process. I completely forgot the woman from my FIRST appointments name, but when I walked in to the last visit, she remembered my name and asked me how everything was going, which is so sweet and says a lot about the family owned business. We are extremely lucky to have found Collins Family Jewelers and we can't wait to see the finished product!

The store and representatives themselves are great, however the quality of the jewelry is subpar. Two separate pieces of jewelry on two separate occasions the diamonds fell out - for those wondering, no there was no rough play or atypical amount of aggression that would have caused the diamonds to loosen/fall out. The owner kept reassuring us saying this never happens, but the fact that it happened twice is questionable. We were then told that they have been using their outsourced jewelry manufacturer for over twenty some odd years, so they confirmed after assessing the rings (one engagement ring, one wedding band - purchased over a year apart) that they were not made/designed well. For something so special (engagement ring/wedding band), losing confidence in the jewelry designer and the integrity of the quality was a great disappointment.

This place is very special to my heart. All of their staff is so welcoming, kind and friendly. They always have everything for everyone. I've never been judged or looked down upon if my budget isn't too high. Their designs and quality of their products are outstanding. I'm so glad I found this place 💖

Dropped off a Silver Dollar that I inherited that the family had made into a Keychain. Wanted to see if I needed to get it appraisal. What a wonderful surprise when Bill Collins the owner called me. He is the "guru" of the coins and was happy to help me out. He explained to me that the coin didn't have much value, but my family had spent about $150.00 in silver to make it into a Keychain. I laughed and stated "yes that sounds like my family, I personally just would of taken just the coin". Bill was SO nice and educated me on the coin which was very interesting. People like Bill in this field are hard to find these days. So if you have some coin collection you need help with, give him a call! They are a family run business and have been in business for a very long time! Remember...shop small businesses as much as you can!

I can still remember my mom taking me to Collins Family Jewelers to pick up a jewelry repair over 30 years ago! Now that I'm older with a family of my own, I still get items repaired here. This is a wonderful place to buy, sell, and repairs special jewelry pieces and they have an incredible track record that's hard to find in brick and mortar businesses these days. Their staff is always knowledgeable and courteous, and their family has been a staple in the community for decades now. Not only to I recommend their beautiful products, but I highly recommend their family business in general.

Outstanding family jewelry business for retail purchases, repairs and estimates. High end quality at a very reasonable price. They are open on Saturdays but closed on Sundays and Mondays. There is currently in store shopping. Masks are required.

My mom started going here over 15 years ago for multiple repairs and told me about how good she's been treated so I came here to start a fix on my family heirloom engagement ring and it's literally one of my favorite places for jewelry! Such kind and sweet people who definitely know how to make you sparkle and feel like family. Wonderful customer service and I couldn't be happier with my set!

Set and everyone at Collins Family Jewelers were great to work with! I wanted to 'upgrade' my wife's engagement ring by adding two side stones. Everyone was super friendly and informative. It's a good idea to make an appointment, so they can sit and explain it things to you. (I already had done plenty of research and thought I knew everything I needed to know, but it was still helpful to talk things through.)

My experience at Collins Family Jewelers was exceptional! Delaney was a delight to work with and was so patient. I chose to get the service of adding beads to the inside of my ring since my knuckle is bigger than my finger which had caused my ring to slide around. Delaney answered all of my questions and helped me figure out the best way to adjust my wedding band to have my vision come to life. She also assisted me in choosing a wedding band for my fiancé. Great service all around and I am looking forward to picking up the rings when they are ready!

The best jeweler in the SD area! My husband originally visted this jeweler to have a family diamond put in an engagement ring setting, and they did a beautiful job. We went on to purchase both of our wedding bands here. We were happy with the pricing and every staff member is so kind, patient, and helpful. We have since moved to a different state, and we had an issue with my husband's wedding band. From a distance, Chelsea helped us through the warranty process, and sent us clear instructions in order to replace my husband's ring. I wish we were still local so we could come here to get our jewelry cleaned. We will give this amazing family company our business any chance we get.
