👍👍 Fine dining with a beautiful view on 34 floor! We came for dinner and the food was so good- perfectly seasoned and served. The menu is so diverse - everyone can find something for their liking. They offer set 3corse dinners or a la carte . We tried: Octopus Tuna Ceviche Shishito peppers Autumn salad... People often mention view, Club, great, staff, time,

Fine dining with a beautiful view on 34 floor! We came for dinner and the food was so good- perfectly seasoned and served. The menu is so diverse - everyone can find something for their liking. They offer set 3corse dinners or a la carte . We tried: Octopus Tuna Ceviche Shishito peppers Autumn salad Ribeye steak Filet mignon Brussel sprouts Fries Man, everything was so delicious! Can literally recommend everything. And curious to try other times on the menu. The staff is very helpful, attentive and polite. We had a baby with us and everyone was so sweet with her and making sure we had everything we needed.

Met my lawyer friend here to reminisce about the good ole days. Fell in love with this place again. Nice vibes and beautiful views. Parking has gone up - valet, self-park or find meter on the street. Treat yourself- you deserve it.

Looks nice, but prospective members beware.... I joined the University Club in San Diego in Feb of this year, based on promises made by the membership department that were not able to be delivered. I was sold on the golf benefits, and the golf benefits turned out to be completely unavailable in reality. When trying to book, there is not one available tee time at any course listed on the Club Life app, nor when I called the support line to book. The Club Life representative actually explained to me that there is only one morning and one afternoon tee time available at each course for the entire club corp member network, which is not at all how it was sold. There was also no weekend times available. None of this was expressed to me, as you can see based on the membership outline and email exchange where I focused on how I can use my golf benefits. When I found out this was not a usable benefit, I cancelled my membership. Not only was the general manager unwilling to give me a refund on my initiation fee, he proceeded to schedule time with me to waste my time in telling me how he is unwilling to uphold sound business practices in making right on the situation, but he was oh so appreciative of me providing my time to tell him how his team is not setting good expectations, and missing clear opportunities to set proper expectations. On top of this, he said the person on the club life line who was honest with me was wrong. I, of course, know he is continuing to be exceptionally loose with the truth, and insulting me in more ways than one. This was an unbelievable waste of time, and to top it all off… I just got a bill to pay the initiation fee AGAIN, and it would be auto-charged to my credit card. The best part about this... I already paid my initiation fee, and the bill I received is for double the amount of my original initiation fee, AFTER I cancelled. This is just yet another example of what a ridiculously poorly run operation you have going at the University Club in San Diego.

Wedding Venue - Every wedding couple creates an almost unattainable vision of their wedding reception. After all of the planning and decision making, I think most couples would say that as long as their venue looks 85% as good as this crazy image they've built in their head, they'll have an amazing day. We can say with absolute certainty that The University Club lived up to and blew away every expectation we had for our reception venue. The views are truly unmatched and give a unique panoramic, skyline view of San Diego that no other venue can offer. However, it's not just the view that makes this venue, the service is also in a tier of its own. The event coordinator, Claire Somers, is a true professional and went out of her way to meet all of our needs. She provided timely feedback to all of our questions and helped create the perfect layout for our guests' seating and our décor for our cocktail hour and reception. The food is top notch and the staff is incredibly friendly and did an amazing job of attending to our guests and making sure everyone's glasses were full! We truly had the best day and it wouldn't have been possible had it not been for the The University Club!

We had a wonderful experience celebrating my wife's birthday at the University Club. The service was great and the food was incredible. We had the grilled octopus and pork belly salad as starters, followed by the 16oz ribeye and grill lamb chops. We also had the assorted sorbet and bourbon bread pudding for dessert. We brought our own wine which they uncorked and served. The amazing view made the evening even more romantic. We definitely plan to return.

A extremely nice place, from the 34th floor you have a rare to find San Diego view. Excelent service and a very Customer focused staff.

Great experience overall. The parking structure is definitely a trip. Seven stories up and down a narrow spiral ramp. Located on the very top of the tower so you need to take the elevator to the 12th floor and transfer to the office elevators which will take you to the 34th floor. Food was great but the service felt a little lacking as the waiter wasn’t super knowledgable about membership tiers and food came out a little undercooked. The view is definitely unparalleled.

The view is breathtaking. The club is like no other. The Firecracker Shrimp was the best I ever had along with the Heirloom Tomato Salad. If you love salmon… this chef knows what it takes to make me come back for more. And forgot to order the oysters! No wonder this place has been rated #1. Thank you Troy and Jonathan for our wonderful honeymoon adventure at the Uclub. The Orange Glad made me feel like I was on vacation and Italian Champagne was perfect beginning for celebrating our life.

Symphony Towers Club the food at the event was delicious and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The event space itself was large, with plenty of seating, and it had a variety of comfortable amenities, such as couches, tables, and TVs. The view of the skyline was beautiful, and the atmosphere was very positive. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for an event space.
