If I could give zero stars I would. Aesthetically pleasing but the work is far from pleasing! Couldn’t get the coffin nails write and there “deluxe” pedicure couldn’t be anymore disappointing. Charged an extra 20 dollars more than what was agreed to then tried to lie about it when confronted. Will definitely not be returning.

Loved the outcome of my nails when I got gel overlays two weeks ago. Tina provided excellent service and has each time I go there. She is attentive and always makes sure she is taking care of what you want. Will always ask for her.

I love getting my gel nails with Tina, she is kind and cares for her customers, and experienced in doing the gel nails. I will not go anywhere else. Linda is good she did my pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. The lady manager though is not friendly, did not greet, or even smiled, seemed rude, I heard her scream at an artist, that not good customer service, and unprofessional. Overall the people who work with you is nice.

Best nail shop in San Dimas! So pretty inside and clean! ** update** I came in March 2021 for my daughter’s 13th bday. I brought my nieces and daughters for a gal’s spa day. I called and scheduled 8 mini mani/pedis, one full set and pedi and one deluxe mani/pedi for myself. The time was confirmed and appointment booked. We arrived about 6 minutes late due to no parking in the lot. We entered and instead of having a staff there and ready, she was alone. She had a horrible attitude and refused to paint the final 3 girl’s nails white bc it was too time consuming. She began rushing to accommodate a soon arriving client. Now mind you, I was a regular… I went every two weeks until Covid and resumed my schedule when the shop reopened. I spent $100+ with a minimum of $20 tip, every visit. Money was no object when my daughter’s party was being planned and I explained that when she kept telling me about the extra costs of French tip and white polish (I had stated in the beginning she can do whatever the girls request except no gel or acrylics). In the end, she sloppily painted 6 out of 8 girl’s nails and feet. She only did polish changes… no mani/pedis. The polish completely came off of all but 3 of our nails/feet the next day! Her attitude was abhorrent and despite the abysmal treatment and service I still tipped $30 and told her I would never return.

After looking for the perfect nail place for 2 years now..my Sister and I have been looking between Glendora and Rancho Cucamonga, we finally found our place..this place is amazing always friendly, accommodating, good prices and great work. Thanks to my BFF Arlene 💓

I’m just wayyy too happy that I’m speechless. Definitely ask for Andy. He did it in record time, even though he was VERY thorough and meticulous. Andy is super gentle and keeps a good conversation. Also for all your OCD people, it is SO clean. Brand new tool out of the bag, clean table, new set of gloves when you first sit down. I honestly have nothing to complain about my experience at chic nail salon in San Dimas. If I could give more than 5 stars I really would! PLEASE GO THERE AND ASK FOR ANDY !!!

Horrible. Expensive. Gave them more than one second chance and each time it got worse. Last time I said something about my nails and the lady immediately started talking in her language to a co worker. They shouldn’t make it so obvious when talking bad about someone. If you get gel they don’t remove all the polish. I got clear last time and there is still pink polish from the previous time. No wonder they are always slow.....
