Super cute Coffee shop to study in! They have indoor seating and me and a few friends just sat, studied, and sipped our drinks for almost 2 hours. Definitely will be back ar some point.

Let me first say I'm harsh with my reviews so three stars is a little lower than they deserve but I use my reviews for personal records. The coffee was fine. It was good. Nothing super spectacular but I did just get a vanilla latte. I probably could have gotten something more unique but the menu seemed simple. Which is good for a lot of people but I like to enjoy more unique drinks when not at home. I came here to check out coffee shops in the area because I like to get some work done. At 5 pm at night it was pretty packed! Which is a good sign but didn't leave a lot of options for seating. It stayed pretty busy so if you want to work and make sure you get a table this might not be the best place. I also didn't see an outlet but I didn't check every table since they were full. That being said service was super friendly and the barista was very helpful and kind.

Yummy golden latte & butter croissant extra toasty (stomach prob). Sat, felllashipped and all better. Staff cordial. I happened to have two extraordinarily attentive & kind youngins. The barrista engaging and knowledgeable.

I asked for a gluten free wrap and saw them cross contaminate that wrap with the same knife that they cut gluten food sandwiches! I have an allergy for that matter and no wonder sometimes I wouldn’t feel right after eating their gluten free wrap. For people who are gluten free like me.. make sure you let everyone know there or else someone will cross contaminate your order.

Needed a place to park for a few hours. The staff was great—warmed up a blueberry muffin and made me a ginger snap latte with beautiful latte art.

This is a great shop. They serve fresh sandwiches and have a great selection of coffees and teas. I ordered the creme brulee coffee and the tropical passion ice tea. Both were great. I especially liked the tea. I also tried the avocado toast. It was very tasty. Matt was very helpful in assisting me with choosing what to get. Next visit I would like to try the cooling coconut lime. The shop was a bit crowded, however service was quick. Dine in is available and no mask required.

Best white mocha latte ever !! It almost has a marshmallowy taste to it but without being overly sweet - with or without whip cream, you can't go wrong. They have cold drinks as well including delish cappuccino shakes, and plenty of food items to choose from - pastries and muffins as well as a wide selection of sandwiches. They've recently remodeled inside and the place looks bright and welcoming. All of the staff are, without exception, friendly and helpful. By your 2nd or 3rd visit, they will know you by name - that's how attentive they are to their customers.

Coffee here doesn't have a lot of sweetener, which I appreciate. The real pumpkin latte is really good, it's not sweet and has more of a Coffee flavor.

Great place. Coffee is legit. Baristas know how to pull shots and steam milk properly. Hence they are trained by the 2007 world barista champion. Their coffee is more on the darker side in roast which is not my fave. Regardless they're still a legitimate coffee house.

Great coffee! The coffee has always been on point when I go here. The atmosphere is very relaxing. They don't have alot of outlets. So make sure you juice up prior to your visit, or bring a portable charger. The scervice is amazing! Look out for the specialty drinks that they have from time to time. They are bomb!

Ordered a Vanilla Bean latte before I knew they had a regular latte. However, glad I did. Fantastic cup of coffee. Xtra points for the cool design on top. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and a busy cafe. Glad I stopped by.

From an admitted coffee aficionado this coffee has won Klatch top honors in coffee brewing competition 3 years in a row. Apparently it is limited supply served at Klatch till it runs out. I was fortunate to be able have a pour over cup in a mug this am from this wonderful blend with hints of raspberry and dark chocolate.

I found this place in strip shopping near my hotel in a recent trip. Four or five nice kids greet you when you walk in as you watch them hustle behind the counter. The Mexican mocha is a comforting treat - not too sweet. My favorite is aptly called “The Favorite” which combines a hip ava toast with a fresh tomato and egg sandwich. I will return.

Really disappointed for the 3rd time in about 5 visits in last 3 weeks at the cold and stale coffee. When they charge $4+ dollar for a small coffee, the server must ensure he or she doesn't serve hours old coffee, which doesn't take any effort. As soon as I took the 1st sip, I had to spit it out. It's not acceptable! I'll stop going there since this is a pattern due lack of care.

The best coffee for me can be found at this coffee shop! Every time I visit this location, the staff is incredibly accommodating and has even warmly greeted me. Thanks to the barista, who performed a great job, the coffee is extremely nice. This is, in my opinion, the best coffee store ever!

I was VERY disappointed with Klatch today. I went in with my mom to get some coffee. I ALWAYS get an iced crème brûlée latte and I know exactly how it looks. Upon getting it, I notice that the color is very different from what I am used to. I, confused, asked to confirm if this was the correct drink and the girl said yes it was. I continue looking at my drink, very confused still. My mom then notices the girl working, make a VERY RUDE face, making it seem like I was being crazy. I was very turned off by this and will probably NEVER go back to this location. That was not professional and no one working was kind or accommodating after that.

Really like this place. Great food great coffee. Not much else to say. Definitely worth a stop.

I've been coming here for a while , the coffee is good . I just bought two bags of beans which cost a total of $39, most places like Starbucks and Coffee Bean offer a small free black coffee as a thank you. I asked the nice girl at the front if they offer a complimentary small black coffee she said no but then said let me ask. She went to the back and asked someone and they said no. I would suggest to add that as part of your customer service , it's a nice gesture.

Great little gem. Avocado Toast #1 coffee yummy. PRICES ARE GREAT....... I wish the employees would be a little more friendly, and many chit chatter behind counters. Also, uniforms would totally make this place POP!

Seriously! Can I give this 10 stars! STARBUCKS has nothing on this place! The hot seasonal pumpkin spice is to die for as all the other drinks and pastries are as well. My grandaughters and daughter are addicted to this place and many mornings we spend time together at this place! Even my ex husband loves it! The staff are Always friendly and fast.

This location is excellent. I generally visit the Rancho Cucamonga location every Saturday and the San Dimas location every Sunday. The staff is friendly, professional and well trained. My kids love having Go To sandwiches and coffee cakes. My wife and I enjoy tasting the pour over options they offer.

I don’t drink coffee but this place was the closest with breakfast food and I was in a hurry. Ham and cheese croissant was fairly good. The pumpkin muffin though 🤤 to die for. So delicious.

Decent place for a good coffee drink and do some work or chill, creative drinks are cool.

Just went to get a hot chocolate and a snack. The young lady at the register was nice. Ordered a large hot chocolate and banana muffin. Noticed two people standing around behind counter, near kitchen. One young man was making most of the drinks. Another young lady was busy getting most everything else. When my order was ready, it as a regular size hot chocolate, mostly foam! Not kidding, the small cup was only 1/2 full with the actual drink! Then I had to ask the muffin. They had no idea that I had ordered it. What a waste of money and time. Muffin was ok, not really worth the effort. I'm just saying......This happened on May 17th about 10:30 am.

Such a nice coffee shop with flavorful coffee, delicious baked goods and friendly staff. Try the lavender syrup if you can. I had a white chocolate mocha with lavender and it was amazing. The warmed up glorious muffin was divine.
