    We drove to this McDonald to get a happy meal for my daughter as we get in line and waited over 20 mins to come to the window n we are told the system is down n we can’t sell any food. Common sense and good customer service would’ve been if somebody came outside and let customers know the system is down so we don’t wait in line just to be told that n I had to drive away with no food for my daughter. They had 2 cars waiting to get the food so did they get it for free since the system is down. Good customer service would have been to still serve the customer already in line when the system when down. Unacceptable customer service

    The drive-through line was super long at 830pm and all the way to the street so we parked and went inside. Order for some chicken nuggets took over 20 mins. On my way out, I noticed every single trash can (inside and outside) were overflowing with trash. The entrance mat was so dirty and nasty…made me wish I had gone to another McDonald’s instead. This one isn’t maintained like it should.

    Went here yesterday, 04/04/2022, for a $2 Big Mac. Had not had one for more then 3 years. I could not believe how thin the meat patties were! Looked to be less then 1/8" thick & dry. Bottom bun was a bun from the middle! I pointed it out to the female manager who did not seem to care! Her answer " sometimes it happens"! My fries were dumped across my napkins covering them in grease! Fries seemed thinker & dry from last time I had them 2 months ago! What a waste of money! Burger was dry & had no flavor & I even asked for extra pickles & spread! Will never get another burger here! See pictures! Went here yesterday 05/12/2022 for a breakfast biscuit & drink. When I went to refill my drink at soda area, because signs right on machines had been removed the dispenser had no mixing nozzle on it and it sprayed out on my coat sleeve! When I went to the counter to mention it to the manager or shift leader who was an older lady with gray hair she didn't seem concerned about the spray on my coat and said there's a sign over there! Yes when I went back and looked there's one little sign on only the left wall not both walls in something should be hung in front of the machines so an unsuspecting customer who doesn't notice the new little sign doesn't get sprayed with soda! This is terrible management and the situation should be corrected by the owner of this franchise! The attitude of the shift leader or manager was totally inappropriate and she looked like she was out of her sorts! When I asked for a refill it took approximately 6 minutes for me to get it while she helped other people and didn't seem to regard me waiting all that time for a refill! This policy by McDonald's is ridiculous because you throw your cup in the trash and you're just causing more trash to be collected when we could be serving ourself and saving a cup! Competition in the area such as AMC theaters, Habit Burger, Del Taco, El Pollo Loco and Boston Market are all letting customers refill their own drinks at the soda machine so why is McDonald's lagging so far behind when it has nothing to do with an LA County health ordinance or a California state health ordinance! I would like to hear back from the owner franchisee of this store!

    I ordered off the app and they forgot my apples in the happy meal. Mcdonalds always seem to miss something when I order off the app. They did everything else right. And the food tasted pretty good. Today they were out of Medium cups but posted about it which was nice.

    This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, they always screw you in the drive thru. Constantly there is a line wrapped around the building & multiple times I have tried to order here & it’s cash only, no debit, no Uber no mobile orders no door dash just straight cash pretty sketchy if you ask me.

    So I try not to judge hard. It is mcdonald's In All. But when you mess up a double hamburger not once but twice. Come on your employees need to pay attention. It's not that hard

    The food tasted good. It also tasted fresh. It's hard to get any service here , during the evening. It was not crowded. The Cashier was too busy gossiping with her coworkers. The bathrooms are locked here. You need to ask for the code. Good luck getting friendly, helpful service. It seemed like the workers, were all hiding in back. Or Just busy with the drive thru!

    Said order was complete when it wasn’t and then the kid at the window, blamed on his manager. Got home and rest of order was wrong. Sent an email to the email address on receipt but no return reply.

    I live within walking distance. So they have to deal with me now. So far, they have dealt with me w/o injury or dismemberment. Unlike the one in Haddonfield, the manager there still wears a full face mask even covid protocol is over. All orders are under name Laurie. Odd place. I digress, will be back :)

    This morning I ordered threw my McDonald's app and it took the 10 minutes to get me my vanilla sugar free latte and a large mocha frappe. I had to call them and the manager said he had just gotten my order when in my side it showed it had been 10 minutes. The worst part was that the latte was not made properly. The frappe was really watery, not only that they didn't have large cups for the latte and they gave me a small and medium cup. The service was horrible.

    Food was not hot enough. Very small piece of fish in the sandwich. How I wish they had sourdough bread to make burgers taste better. Good price on colas

    I have to admit that this is the Best McDonald's I have been to. All in order, the help is great. Very kind. Orders come out quick. I have been to other McDonald's in the area and nothing in order and they really take for ever. Thumbs up ti management. Mathew was very helpful today during lunch. You guys are awesome. 👌😀 😃

    Been coming here for years, recently every visit the service or the food has be on a decline. Nuggets are not fully cooked and have cold spots or very hard to chew. The french fries are not crisp or colder brown, just very soggy and have been left in the warmer. Recent worker we had help us just looked sad and didn't even look at us. From a food service worker to another, management needs to be kicked into gear or need to get new staff that is there to work. You're there to create an experience not a paycheck.

    I placed a mobile order on the app, three sandwiches, a drink and 10pc nuggets, the order was correct but I am missing my 10 nuggets... Too far and not worth my time going back just for one item but I am disappointed. Lesson learned make sure I have everything before I leave

    Got my order wrong twice for my son. Now hes crying while the staff is horsing around in the back. I don't understand how you can say I want 2 hamburgers and a medium French fry and they screw it up 2 times in a row. Not wasting gasoline. Threw it in the trash.

    Slowest and worst McDonald’s experience of my life. Waited over 20 minutes just to be given the wrong order. We eventually had to ask them about it at which point they finally made it. When they gave us the “correct” order it was still missing things. At no point did the crew apologize for the wait or mistakes. During our wait five other customers asked for refunds since they also were waiting for 15-20 minutes for their orders. Not coming here again.

    Came here a little bit after 9pm. Ordered on my phone with the app and came to pick up. The sign says dinning room open till 10 but no doors are open. Wish we could just go somewhere else but already paid and couldn’t cancel. Ended up waiting another 20 min in the drive through line to get my food. Total time spend to get my food was over half hour. Ridiculous! If I have 30 min to spare I wouldn’t go to fast food!

    Went through the drive through, they told me it was CASH ONLY. I had cash so it was okay. Then I handed them $10 for 2, 2 for $3.25s. Should have been roughly $7-8. They gave me a dollar and a few Pennies back in change. When I asked to see me receipt the employee told me they don’t give receipts when it’s cash only! Very unhappy with not being able to see how much I paid for my meal and how much change I was supposed to be given back. Chicken sandwiches were cold and stale. Ice cream machine wasn’t working. Surprise surprise. Staff was very unfriendly. 👎🏻

    I just read a few reviews and on the contrary, I had an amazing experience. Fresh food. Didn't wait long for a Saturday night. Order was accurate and food was fresh. This McDonalds is way out there (better) than the one close to where I live. Great job!; to the staff on duty tonight. 05/28/22
