Infrared Body Wraps is my happy place! I originally came here for help recovering from marathons or intense workouts, but now I come as MUCH as I can. You just lay down and watch TV while you sweat your butt off, and Jamie really makes you feel as comfortable as possible during the 50 minute session (she provides water and gets the sweat off of your face). I love a good detox and I’m addicted to how these wraps make me feel and make my skin glow! Try it - you will not regret it!!!

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would! There is so much to say but not enough space to write it here. What I would like to share first is, the customer service and attention to detail Jamie provided. When I arrived, she was sitting at the front window with an awesome smile. The salon is immaculate! I don't know how much more cleaner this place could be, but it was spotless. The decor and aroma was inviting, relaxing and totally swag. You get your own private room, with various selections to choose from on the television. Just bring your own earbuds or receive a complimentary pair. Once you are tucked away like a burrito, Jamie brings you cold water and checks on you every 15 minutes to make sure you are doing well. Lastly, Infrared Body Wraps in San Dimas is so unique. Let me explain why; all infrared body wraps are not created equal, but the Sudatonic style Far Infrared body wrap (blanket wraps) is by far the most superior of all infrared body wraps, in my opinion. I've had the privilege to have had several different types of heated body wraps and I've also had various types of infrared body wraps. What I've discovered is that, there aren't a lot of spas in between LA and the IE who are offering these particular infrared body wraps and this is why Infrared Body Wraps in San Dimas is such a unique spa. So, if you are contemplating on whether or not to make an appointment, please don't wait any longer, this is the best spa for these types of body wraps within 200 miles of us. The spa is immaculately clean, this is all they offer, its spacious, they have Saturday appointments and your body will start to love you again. I think this place is AWESOME. I wasn't entirely sold on the infrared thing but I saw it on spa week and decided to try it. The treatment made all my aches and pains go away and I have dropped several pounds. The person that helped me was Jamie. She was fantastic considering you are all wrapped up and can't move. She saw to my every need gave me water and used icy cool towels on my face to keep me comfortable. I recommend my friends and coworker to go see her all the time!! I have been going for about two years now and I know exactly what I am going to get and Jamie never disappoints. She is knowledgeable, friendly, fun but professional.

Jamie makes this experience so amazing! I love the way I feel after a wrap. My muscles and joints feel rejuvenated. It also helps my mental health and allows me to relax.

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now. Infrared heat has been so helpful for my arthritis, muscle soreness and relaxation. Jamie is awesome and will check on you often to make sure you are comfortable while you are there. She listens to what you need and will adjust the heat accordingly. Highly recommend.

Infrared Body Wraps in San Dimas is awesome!!! So many benefits you get from the wraps... I noticed a significant amount of weight loss after just a few sessions. Plus the heat penetrates deep, so you get relief from any joint or muscle pains. Jaime is absolutely the best..!! I have fibromyalgia and used the services for a few months and I enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality of Jaime and the overall service was great. Jaime was very friendly and hospitable. It was when I went in for my last treatment where I miscalculated how many sessions I had left and was informed only after the treatment that I went over and had the option of paying for one or more treatments. I was in a budget at the time and felt trapped into paying for more treatments vs having a choice in the matter (especially considering the cost of one treatment vs the package) - so I purchased another package, but never went back. I messaged and informed Jaime of this later when she reached out to me, explaining why I hadn’t returned, even with remaining sessions paid for. She did not respond to me. No apology or even an acknowledgement.

I've been coming here for almost a year now. Infrared Body Wraps is my favorite place to spend my "me time." I always feel great after my visits. Jamie makes you feel right at home and even keeps you hydrated while you bake. I highly recommend!

Great experience with Infrared Body Wraps. The treatment was more than what I expected. Not only did I feel great and refreshed but I kept that feeling for the next couple of days after the treatment. If you have any aches and pains it will definitely help. I love this place. I've been coming here since 2015 and due to life I took a hiatus but I'm back. I just had a session and let me tell you, I remembered why I love coming here. I had tension in my neck which made it hard to move. After the session, I felt relax and was able to move my neck. Cleanliness and customer service is impeccable. Infrared Body Wrap is my little sanctuary! I’d go there every day if I could. It’s the best way to detox. Jamie is amazing. She’s always so welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable. She checks on you during the hour and brings you water. It’s the bes! For an hour I get to relax, watch a show (sometimes I fall asleep!), and detox. I leave there soaked! I’ve been receiving services at Infrared Body Wraps for quite a while now. I have found that getting a body wrap weekly has really benefited my overal health and wellness. I have seen incredible results both internally and externally. Not only am I burning a ton of calories in one wrap session but my sore-fatigued muscles are getting the extra attention they need. After finally being diagnosed with fibromyalgia last December, I finally am seeing results of reduced pains and headaches! For years I have had difficultly finding some sort of therapy to help reduce my pain and migraines. I tried physical therapy, acupuncture, many medications, countless doctor visits, and pain therapy. Infrared Body Wraps really has helped my pains, aches, and frequent migraines to be less frequent. Jamie the owner is so sweet, personable, kind, and a real person! She tries to get to know you. That's rare these days. Another big plus is that she is an animal lover as I am! She also brings you water as you bake for less than 1 hour as you are relaxing and watching a TV show/ movie. My aesthetician also told me the sweating from the infrared has helped my skin to feel and look better! So many positives to come here! Even my friends want to come try it out!
