Eaves San Dimas is one of the best places I have lived. The response of the teams from management to maintenance is outstanding! Kudos to Hernan, Mondo, and Matthew for helping us with some urgent and time consuming issues. You all deserve big raises! Thank you for being a great team and making us feel very at home!

Hernan and Virginia really make you feel at home. My application process was easy and moving in has been smooth. I’m really surprised at how quiet the community is day and night. It’s also very clean close to a lot of shops. I had some minor repairs that needed to be done (I’m fairly particular about cleanliness and functionality). Norberto and Daniel came through almost immediately to fix everything. They’re friendly and extremely helpful.

My experience here has been great so far. Hernan and the maintenance team are always very friendly and helpful and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner. Thank you for being good to your tenants.

This five star review is well deserved and long overdue. My boyfriend and I are just shy of one year here at Eaves San Dimas and we’re so happy we chose this location to call home. Virginia has been so professional and sweet to us since the moment we met her and made the entire move in process so easy and efficient. We also had the pleasure of meeting Andrea during our move into the community and she was also an excellent point of contact and was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had prior to moving in. We’ve only had minor maintenance requests while living here and have always had same day or next day responses from the maintenance team. The service the maintenance staff has provided us has always been excellent and they’ve resolved our issues quickly. The community as a whole is maintained beautifully and always so clean throughout. The atmosphere is very calm and quiet-we’re grateful & lucky to have such considerate and respectful neighbors here. Overall, extremely happy with our choice to move here and recommend it for anyone looking for a safe and secure community that genuinely cares about its residents.

I am a 8 yr resident here at Eaves San Dimas. We no longer have an office team or maintenance team on site. When our maintenance team is here our boys work hard. Jeremy is our super cleaner. And both Daniel and Norberto communicate with you to make sure things done. They allAll 3 work hard and are very efficient. Thank you Jeromy Norberto and Daniel for taking good care of our family.

Andrea at Eaves San Dimas is super helpful and patient. She took the time to answer all of our questions and she made the move in process really easy.

Michael McGee is the best handyman, always friendly and professional. He goes over and beyond to fix any maintenance issues. He fixed our bathroom so quickly. Now it is clean and new. Great job! Thank you!

I came home to a leak on my washing machine. I flagged Mike McGee down and he immediately jumped on it stopped the water flow pulled out the old unit and replaced it in no time . What great service and he was very polite and nice . He’s well appreciated.

Mike was awesome and fast, 5 stars for him. Avalon / Eaves is a corporate system that prioritizes voicemails over service. When you have to have a 3rd party repair, expect the cheapest results. Don’t move here if you can afford better. Everything is getting old and breaking.

Had an amazing experience with maintenance, specifically Michael Mcgee. He was very professional and attentive and I really appreciate his friendliness. Whenever I have issue in my apartment the maintenance personal seem to be on top of it and reply in a timely manner and always make it seamlessly easy.

Michael McGee did a wonderful job sent in a request yesterday through the portal responded fast and efficient. The problem was my closet double doors broke and he came in today and took out the old ones for newer ones that a more slim looking and less heavier. My room looks amazing now since I’m able to close my closet door once again! The new doors are super light and white and I can move them with just ONE FINGER!! I really appreciate Michael he always helps us in whatever we need fix in our house.

Michael McGee has always been very respectful. The times I’ve sent in requests for something to be fixed he will be here fixing the issue that same day. Since we started living here he has made my grandmother and I feel welcomed. Long time resident of Eaves in San Dimas. The maintenance staff here on property has been stellar since we moved here. However, the level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Mike Mcgee has been outstanding. We are signing another lease this year because everything we need is taken care of in a fast and quick manner by Mike. When we have a problem with anything it is taken care of immediately. If your looking for a safe, friendly environment where your maintenance guy actually cares about your needs than look no further. The property is well maintained and within walking distance to the local stores here in San Dimas.

The maintenance staff is top notch! Very helpful and knowledgeable, Mike helped us out with an electrical issue that had and went above and beyond to make sure our issue was resolved that same day. He even followed up with us a few days later to make everything was working properly. Eaves San Dimas is lucky to have such a helpful and experienced maintenance tech.

I've been living at the Eaves on Bonita for over two years and the maintenance team is fantastic!! Michael McGee is very nice, he keeps the property very clean. He also pressure washes the pool area often making sure that area is kept nice and clean. Thank you very much for all your hard work.

My family and I love the Community! It has a very relaxing ambiance. You just feel very at home! This place is spectacular and the manager VIRGINIA is kind, charismatic, responsible and attentive to all the problems that may arise. I moved because of a bad neighbor, but if it were up to me, I would love that place.
