The initial ring they went was very crooked on the setting so I had to send it back. The second time they sent the ring, the basket of the ring is disfigured on one side. I sent a chat and then was told to send an email. We called and they said they'd answer by 2 PM and there was no reply in my inbox. If I could do it again, I'd just buy the diamond from here and get it set locally. It seems like there is very poor quality control from The Art of Jewels. The first picture was from the first iteration and the second pic is the second time.

I had a great sales experience and got an even better ring out of it. :) Adi and I talked a bit about what I was looking for and my price range; then he had me and my partner come by to visit. After seeing what types of diamonds and settings she liked, Adi and I chatted once more before he came back to me with a knock-out diamond and setting -- and a massive discount to keep it in my price range. I was floored, and she was too :) I never felt pressured to spend more than I wanted, even when I was considering a fairly cheap price point. Instead, I felt like Adi was always working to get the most amazing experience for me. He was very clear that he wanted a happy customer who will want to repeat the experience of shopping with him. I'll definitely be going back for more jewelry and whole-heartedly recommend the experience.

Absolutely everything about my experience with the Art of Jewels was wonderful: the responsiveness of customer service, the recommendations and guidance Adi and his team provides, and the brilliant stone and well made setting. I had so many questions and they answered everything with thoroughness and honesty. Where they could have made an easy sell by rubber stamping one of the first diamonds I reached out about, they instead took their time to find options that maximized sparkle and had better proportions. And on top of it all, they have some of the best prices I've seen for labs. In the end, I walked away with a beautiful ring and a great experience.

Wow. Blown away by the price, craftsmanship, and quality of the diamond. The first one I ordered, they received it and notified me it wasn’t up to their standards. I said ok I’ll just cancel it but he insured me he would find a beautiful rock for the same price. And he delivered.the I looked up the igi number and the diamond was a few hundred more but I got charged nothing extra. Probably the most amazing ring I’ve seen. I am across the country and took a chance without ever seeing it and you should too!Just do your research on diamonds first and everything about them and then Order. Cheers AOJ

To make the story short. We got engaged with silicone rings. We began the journey of shopping for a clean diamond. Bumped in to Rara Carat, great customer service and tha's all. Bought from them a VS2 2.52 CW letter G round diamond and a setring called Cassidy for near $7.000. Scrolling on Instagram I saw an advertisement for Art of Jewels. I loved to read they had a shop I could visit. I remember my fiancé telling me about them and wanting to go there. I guess i should have listened I contacted them and Adi replied to me even late at night. The next day I was in the store in San Francisco, we found a 3.53 CW VS1 letter E amazing diamond IGI certified for a 3rd of the cost. Soon after Adi and I designed my ring between Cassidy and Alina band, totally custom made ♡ The art of jewels have delivered the MOST AMAZING ring and 5 days earlier then expected. I'm so absolutely over the moon! I can't tell you in words the amazing improvement we did by choosing them and $3.000 dollars less. Rare carat gifted me for the purchase of my ring 3/4 diamond studs. Art of jewels gifted me 1/2 CW each earing instead. This is an absolute treat. 100% Reccomend!!! P.s I asked Rare Carat Upon returning the prior ring why so much difference in price, all they said was...well diamond prices are subjected by stores.

Just received my ring and it's stunning. The whole process was about 2 weeks and that's including shipping it from San Francisco to New York. I reached out halfway through the process and they responded immediately. My girlfriend absolutely loves this ring and she said yes 😊 Will definitely be doing business with them again.

First the quality and value—amazing lab-grown gorgeous diamond, above expectations and impressed local jewelers. Second, Adi’s generosity and authenticity—talked me out of more expensive but less valuable stone. And third, ingenuity and creativity—without expectation of purchase—he designed a gorgeous replica of a ring we found locally and for nearly half the price! Not to be silly, but a true GEM! I won’t add photos because pics of diamonds never look as good as they do in person, but this large stone is very gorgeous—looks like a $30,000 natural diamond!!

Adi and his team made a custom necklace and cocktail ring incorporating natural diamonds from my mother’s old wedding ring and new lab diamonds. Both custom pieces turned out beautifully! Adi was so incredibly helpful to my husband and myself for the purchase of my engagement ring and our wedding bands. Adi was amazing and helped my husband pick the perfect engagement ring for me. When we came back to pick out the wedding bands, I also was able to build a great relationship with Adi. Adi offered me an incredible price on a perfect, emerald-cut diamond (nearly 30% below fair market value and significantly less than what other online retailers were offering for the same exact stone), and held my hand in developing the most delicate, platinum, solitaire setting. I really don't think he made much, if any, money off of my purchase.
