Beautiful and unique place with eucalyptus flavor. One thing for photographers, daylight gives super harsh shadows from the trees so it's not that good as in cloudy day or evening/sunrise. Using telephoto or zoom lens recommend to compress the space and create nice path trail in the background. Kids have fun playing with sticks

Very pretty. I enjoyed the walk. It was not too hilly or anything. Quiet and beautiful

This is a very cool piece of environmental art made out of trees. The artist used trees that had already been cut down (he did not cut them down), and he just moved them here (with help) and rearranged them so that they lined up in a zigzagging line. This is a beautiful, quiet area that really is not frequented by many tourists...all the people I came across here (3 people in an hour) were all people who lived in the area. If you want to enjoy art and enjoy nature in a calm space of San Francisco, this is a good place to do it.

Visually awesome! I started my journey into Presidio from here since it was towards the top of the key and cruised down into some amazing sights. I come from the desert so all this stuff is great to me!

If you are looking for an outstanding example of an earth work by Andy Goldsworthy, this isn’t it. It is marginally interesting but not unlike something a U.S. Forest Ranger would do in a state park. The area is also rather windy so if you go dress warm.

This area is a nice place for casual walking. We came here for a woodsey type photo shoot, which this place is a perfect location. This place offers some natural light that shines through the trees to provide that natural comfortable look to your pictures. Nevertheless this place gets cold so come prepared and bring your jacket with you and you will enjoy this location as much as we did.

Neat trail hidden in the edge of the city. Free to walk around and free parking. Limited parking however if you drive to the residential area there is a lot of street parking

It's worth a walk... 😉 But in all seriousness it was very windy. Not much to see if you are not all into the patterns of the trees and smell of eucalyptus and a plain simple walk next to the Love Ln

Great view, Its a great spot to take pictures and for hiking. Its close to the Lombard street, its tricky to find the exact spot with the google maps so I recommend checking the maps to find the turn to park your car. Its a great spot to visit in SF.

Just so much fun to see an Andy Goldsworthy irl. Worth the hike, but don't listen to Google maps when you get close. It tried to take us up a busy road for the end of our walking trip when we could have done an easier, flat walk very close to the piece, or just walked the trail that IS the piece. We were glad we went to see it.

Peaceful and calming experience. The overall wood line walk is a very short one but calls for amazing pictures. Definitely a must visit in SF
