Working out with Brandon over the past few years has been life altering in the best ways possible. Over these years I have learned so much from his fun, creative, organized, and goal oriented approach to training. Brandon always listens to my goals and concerns and tailors his approach to fit my needs. He is very thoughtful and thorough in his approach to training, be it conditioning, strength, or cardio etc. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and it shows!! During my time with Brandon I have gained muscle, balance, agility, and even more importantly, I gained more confidence in myself and in my belonging in the gym environment. During my time with Brandon I have also lost 130 pounds and he supported me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Brandon as a trainer and as a friend!

I've worked with many trainers so far but so far haven't found anyone like Brandon - he actually explains in depth how the body works, so the workouts he is teaching me actually makes sense rather than some arbitrary workout that would seem like a fad. I challenged Brandon as I have special needs for my workouts as well as having highly custom/specific goals and he has went above expectation every time. I fully expect to work with Brandon long term and highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a trainer that will tailor to your needs rather than just giving you a generic set of workout circuits. Thanks!

Brandon has been working with me for almost 2 years. Every workout is a challenge. He has the ability to push you to your limits. He started me off developing my core strength and now he’s combined my workouts to enhance my core strength with arm and leg strength. Along with strength development he’ll discuss nutrition and overall Heath. He is my fitness Guru

I have been trained by Brandon for the past couple of months. I had never been to gyms before that :) Brandon evaluated my posture, BMI and have been training me to ensure that the foundation is right and I am prepared for long term as opposed to short term goals. Brandon is so much fun to work with and full of energy! His advice on diet has also been helping me a lot too. He has definitely mastered in training and would highly recommend Brandon for your personal training!

What can I say? Brandon is quite simply the best! I’ve been training with him for nearly eight months and I’m thrilled with my progress. A former cardio junkie, my goal coming in was to lose body fat/get toned. He has since tailored all my workouts to accommodate my needs and limitations. He’s very knowledgeable and breaks down, in detail, why we’re doing a particular exercise and how it impacts the body. I’m thoroughly pleased with him as a personal trainer and would recommend his services to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals. *Bonus that he’s super personable and knows how to keep workouts fun and dynamic!*

Training with Brandon has been amazing! Really tailors workouts to your needs. In addition to in person sessions, he also offers great workout programming via an app to do on your own in between sessions.

I am so impressed by everything about Brandon. This is a trainer for Everyone! He has an ability to work with every level of fitness without being intimidating. I started with him a year ago and I am in the best shape in years. He can dial in and adjust to your needs AND listen, push and have you walking away feeling exhausted but 10 years younger. Try him out, you won’t be sorry.

Since working with Brandon, I’ve been able to push through a strength training plateau and see measurable progress in my major lifts. When we met, I had been experiencing pain with most movements involving my shoulders and lower back. Brandon meticulously studied my form and—in real time—made changes that completely corrected these issues. Brandon brings a unique understanding of body mechanics to identify areas where instability may occur and improve technique. Yet, beyond his superb skills as as trainer, Brandon is a genuinely kind and thoughtful human. He cares deeply about the people he trains and will go above and beyond so they may succeed in their fitness journeys. Whatever your goals may be, I highly recommend working with Brandon!

The COVID pandemic was especially difficult for those of us working in healthcare. My life as I knew it ceased to exist. During that time, I developed depression, PTSD and gained about fifteen pounds. I felt my life was out of control. Once the cloud lifted, I returned to working out. Additionally, as a means of getting back some control in my life, I began eating healthier and lost weight. The fitness centre was offering discounted personal training sessions. There were multiple individuals to choose from, but Brandon’s bio and mission statement strongly resonated with me. It was and continues to be one of the best choices I’ve made in my post-COVID renaissance. Brandon listened to my concerns, fears and hopes. He easily gained my trust and we worked through and overcame many of my fears and limitations. A year later, I’ve emerged a confident, energetic and muscle-bound man in my mid-sixties; however I feel as if I’m back in my thirties. In many ways, I feel transformed for the better. Brandon has inspired me to begin my own journey as a certified personal trainer. He recommended a reputable educational program and holds me accountable for my studying. Once I become certified, I’m hoping to work with individuals in my age group and inspire them to improve their health. Brandon’s commitment to his clients goes far beyond the actual training sessions. He provides additional structured workouts through the True Coach app. When I’ve travelled, he has helped me navigate unfamiliar gym equipment in that location. I’m a structure person, so these workouts are greatly appreciated. With Brandon as your personal trainer, you attain much more than physical results. You get someone who is knowledgeable, committed and also a lot of fun to work with.

Brandon is the first personal trainer I have worked with, and he’s been a game changer for me. My goals are a mix of mobility and strength, allowing me to do the activities I love. He was able break down my form on all the core lifts, and really start from the basics and work out way back up in weight. I appreciate his deep understanding of body kinetics, which has allowed us to identify and target my weaknesses and restrictions, which has helped a lot in my mobility and strength. I need to mention that Brandon is just a solid guy all around, and I look forward to catch up at our sessions as well.

I've had a blast training with Brandon. He's friendly, encouraging, super knowledgable and (on occasion) funny. He's super present during our workouts and really cares about my fitness goals. I look forward to every session! :)

I’ve been working with Brandon for the past several months, and it has been life-changing. I’ve had personal trainers in the past but I never made much progress with them so I insisted on just working out on my own. But after I injured my shoulder while working out, I decided to take a chance with Brandon and it was clear from day one that he was way better than my previous trainers - Brandon is a true expert, he cares deeply about what he does, and he has been not just a guide to me but also a real partner in achieving my fitness and health goals. I’ve been kicking myself for not starting to work with him years earlier. He has ensured that I have correct form on every exercise he has me do, including every major lift and a few dozen accessory, assistance, and corrective exercises. He’s created a full workout plan for me that is carefully customized for my goals, lifestyle, and my current mobility and strength limitations. And he has thoroughly answered every question I have and explained in detail how my muscles and joints are supposed to work during my lifts. I could go on and on about all of the ways he’s helped me, but just to give a few examples: 1) I injured my left shoulder doing overhead barbell presses on my own just before I started working with Brandon. Brandon assessed my overhead mobility and form, identified that several muscles were tight, that my upper left trap was particularly overactive and tense, and that my rotator cuff muscles were not active enough. He has given me other overhead exercises that I can do without injury while we work on improving my shoulder mobility and stability so one day I can do the overhead barbell press correctly. And he referred me to a massage/A.R.T. therapist at DIAKADI to work on my shoulders because I wanted to speed up the improvement of my shoulder mobility. Brandon and the massage/A.R.T. therapist regularly discuss my progress and adjust my workouts and massage/A.R.T. therapy based on their shared assessment of what’s going on with my shoulders and the rest of my body, and I’ve made huge improvements in a brief period of time. Just now Brandon filmed and sent me a short video demonstrating the specific way I should do bicep curls given the tightness of some of my muscles, and the massage/A.R.T. therapist’s recommendation that for now I focus on strengthening the long head of my biceps relative to the short head. 2) I struggled since I was a kid with pretty bad foot pain when walking due to my flat feet. Podiatrists, orthotics, and inserts only helped a little. Brandon pointed out during my first session with him that my outer hip muscles were relatively inactive and needed to be activated and strengthened so my hips could move properly, which would allow me to do lifts like squats and deadlifts correctly and might also help with the flat foot pain. So he included in my workouts exercises to turn on those muscles. After I got those outer hip muscles active, my hips started moving properly which actually stopped my feet from collapsing inward, so I stopped having foot pain while walking. I don’t need inserts or orthotics anymore, because my hips were the real problem the whole time. I wasn’t even expecting this problem to get solved when I started working with Brandon. 3) I have confidence when I work out now which I never really had before. For example when I bench press I know I’m utilizing my pecs properly. Or when I squat I now instinctively take the stance with the correct foot width for my body and can get to the proper depth. I know that the program Brandon has carefully put together for me is both within my abilities to do and exactly what I need to achieve my goals. This confidence has made it easier for me to consistently do all my workouts and not let myself down by skipping workouts. If you’re serious about getting in shape, consider working with Brandon. I can’t recommend him highly enough. You won’t regret it.
