I’ve
been
working
with
Brandon
for
the
past
several
months,
and
it
has
been
life-changing.
I’ve
had
personal
trainers
in
the
past
but
I
never
made
much
progress
with
them
so
I
insisted
on
just
working
out
on
my
own.
But
after
I
injured
my
shoulder
while
working
out,
I
decided
to
take
a
chance
with
Brandon
and
it
was
clear
from
day
one
that
he
was
way
better
than
my
previous
trainers
-
Brandon
is
a
true
expert,
he
cares
deeply
about
what
he
does,
and
he
has
been
not
just
a
guide
to
me
but
also
a
real
partner
in
achieving
my
fitness
and
health
goals.
I’ve
been
kicking
myself
for
not
starting
to
work
with
him
years
earlier.
He
has
ensured
that
I
have
correct
form
on
every
exercise
he
has
me
do,
including
every
major
lift
and
a
few
dozen
accessory,
assistance,
and
corrective
exercises.
He’s
created
a
full
workout
plan
for
me
that
is
carefully
customized
for
my
goals,
lifestyle,
and
my
current
mobility
and
strength
limitations.
And
he
has
thoroughly
answered
every
question
I
have
and
explained
in
detail
how
my
muscles
and
joints
are
supposed
to
work
during
my
lifts.
I
could
go
on
and
on
about
all
of
the
ways
he’s
helped
me,
but
just
to
give
a
few
examples:
1)
I
injured
my
left
shoulder
doing
overhead
barbell
presses
on
my
own
just
before
I
started
working
with
Brandon.
Brandon
assessed
my
overhead
mobility
and
form,
identified
that
several
muscles
were
tight,
that
my
upper
left
trap
was
particularly
overactive
and
tense,
and
that
my
rotator
cuff
muscles
were
not
active
enough.
He
has
given
me
other
overhead
exercises
that
I
can
do
without
injury
while
we
work
on
improving
my
shoulder
mobility
and
stability
so
one
day
I
can
do
the
overhead
barbell
press
correctly.
And
he
referred
me
to
a
massage/A.R.T.
therapist
at
DIAKADI
to
work
on
my
shoulders
because
I
wanted
to
speed
up
the
improvement
of
my
shoulder
mobility.
Brandon
and
the
massage/A.R.T.
therapist
regularly
discuss
my
progress
and
adjust
my
workouts
and
massage/A.R.T.
therapy
based
on
their
shared
assessment
of
what’s
going
on
with
my
shoulders
and
the
rest
of
my
body,
and
I’ve
made
huge
improvements
in
a
brief
period
of
time.
Just
now
Brandon
filmed
and
sent
me
a
short
video
demonstrating
the
specific
way
I
should
do
bicep
curls
given
the
tightness
of
some
of
my
muscles,
and
the
massage/A.R.T.
therapist’s
recommendation
that
for
now
I
focus
on
strengthening
the
long
head
of
my
biceps
relative
to
the
short
head.
2)
I
struggled
since
I
was
a
kid
with
pretty
bad
foot
pain
when
walking
due
to
my
flat
feet.
Podiatrists,
orthotics,
and
inserts
only
helped
a
little.
Brandon
pointed
out
during
my
first
session
with
him
that
my
outer
hip
muscles
were
relatively
inactive
and
needed
to
be
activated
and
strengthened
so
my
hips
could
move
properly,
which
would
allow
me
to
do
lifts
like
squats
and
deadlifts
correctly
and
might
also
help
with
the
flat
foot
pain.
So
he
included
in
my
workouts
exercises
to
turn
on
those
muscles.
After
I
got
those
outer
hip
muscles
active,
my
hips
started
moving
properly
which
actually
stopped
my
feet
from
collapsing
inward,
so
I
stopped
having
foot
pain
while
walking.
I
don’t
need
inserts
or
orthotics
anymore,
because
my
hips
were
the
real
problem
the
whole
time.
I
wasn’t
even
expecting
this
problem
to
get
solved
when
I
started
working
with
Brandon.
3)
I
have
confidence
when
I
work
out
now
which
I
never
really
had
before.
For
example
when
I
bench
press
I
know
I’m
utilizing
my
pecs
properly.
Or
when
I
squat
I
now
instinctively
take
the
stance
with
the
correct
foot
width
for
my
body
and
can
get
to
the
proper
depth.
I
know
that
the
program
Brandon
has
carefully
put
together
for
me
is
both
within
my
abilities
to
do
and
exactly
what
I
need
to
achieve
my
goals.
This
confidence
has
made
it
easier
for
me
to
consistently
do
all
my
workouts
and
not
let
myself
down
by
skipping
workouts.
If
you’re
serious
about
getting
in
shape,
consider
working
with
Brandon.
I
can’t
recommend
him
highly
enough.
You
won’t
regret
it.
