Training
with
Richard
has
been
both
a
pleasure
and
extremely
motivating!
Each
session
is
thoughtfully
customized
to
my
fitness
goals
and
progress,
and
often
switched
up
to
keep
exercises
interesting
and
effective.
His
focus
on
form
and
mindfulness
of
limits
versus
when
to
provide
encouragement
gives
comfort
that
clients
can
perform
the
exercises
under
his
coaching
without
getting
injured.
It's
clear
that
he
has
extensive
knowledge
and
understanding
of
the
different
techniques
and
their
benefits,
as
well
as
overall
health
and
fitness
and
topical
issues.
More
than
that,
he
is
always
passionate
in
discussing
and
sharing
his
knowledge
of
these
topics.
Since
the
first
week,
he
has
emphasized
the
importance
of
diet,
and
developed
a
detailed
nutritional
plan
for
me.
He
works
with
me
to
track
my
diet/macros,
calorie
intake,
and
weight,
while
providing
ongoing
adjustments
and
feedback.
Throughout
all
of
this,
Richard
challenges
and
supports
me
as
a
friend,
with
the
right
balance
of
coaching
and
motivation
to
hold
me
accountable.
I
have
been
training
with
Richard
for
the
last
six
months,
1-2
times
a
week.
There
has
been
a
clear
difference
in
my
core
strength
and
arms.
My
posture
has
improved
(no
more
back
pain
from
work),
and
I've
found
myself
mentally
more
positive,
disciplined,
and
willing
to
challenge
myself
to
new
levels
and
activities.
Overall,
I
would
highly
recommend
Richard
to
anyone
new
to
or
familiar
with
personal
training,
looking
for
quality
training,
healthy
and
sustainable
results,
and
a
less
commercialized
and
more
substantive
experience.
