Bouche is an authentic experience! If you’re debating whether to book, do it!! Amazing ambiance, adventurous wine selection, and perfect food, all delivered with a personal touch. You will not be disappointed!!! My husband and I were lucky to get to celebrate our 20th anniversary here and Bouche exceeded our expectations in every way! Highly recommend 😄

C-est bon! What amazing cuisine, expertly presented. This neighborhood treat is near enough Union Square, Chinatown, Nob Hill, and the Financial District to be the perfect destination. Amazing knowledgeable staff helped us select a wine that perfectly paired....but wait; there's more. Dessert! Magnifique! Merci!

This was up there with one the best meals we've ever had!!! Started with the Turnip Soup, followed by the duck breast for my partner and Taglietelle for me. To finish we had poached pears and pistachio profiterole. Samuel was attentive, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you so much Samuel and to Bouche. Go and eat there, you will not regret it!

So glad we gave Bouche a try and would definitely come back! Their set menu is super good value, generous portions and high quality ingredients. The desserts were fire!

The menu rotates biweekly but the flavors in every dish compliment each other so well. Small selection each time 3 entrees and 2 desserts but some of the best tasting food you'll find.

Visited this restaurant 5 years and was impressed then. Happy to say 5 years on and the same high standards have been maintained. As a party of 4 visiting from Australia we were looking for decent food and service. Bouche delivered!! For starters we enjoyed Cauliflower Soup and Organic Gem Salad. For mains Pacific Cod and Beef Sirloin. For dessert Tango Tangerine Cheesecake and Carmelized Pear and Nut Crumble. Everything was superb. The service was amazing from Samuel and Julie. Highly recommended.

An authentic French restaurant at San Francisco. Pre fixe dinner for $55 a good price to give it a try. The duck leg was awesome crispy skin with tender meat. The staffs was so friendly as well. Good service, food and wine. Totally recommend this restaurant for people.

We booked a last-minute table while visiting SF… lucky us! It was the perfect dining experience after a great day out and about. Hannah took amazing care of us (and everyone else on the floor!), the food and wine were super delicious, perfect ambience and music… highly recommend.

Excellent. The quintessence of refined food. The only faux-pas: the size of the servings. Too small. I highly recommend this place.

Hannah was a fantastic host! She was incredibly knowledgeable about each of the wine offerings. The chablis was great. The heirloom tomato gazpacho was delicious. The pesto tagliatelle could have used a little more flavor and the pasta was a little sticky like it had been cooked quite a bit earlier in the day while overallthe rest of the ingredients were very fresh.

Fantastic French fare in the heart of Union Square. This is a great location for special occasions and intimate dinners. The menu changes every couple of weeks so these are the highlights of my meal. The chicken was flavorful, juicy and cook perfectly. The endive salad with smoked trout was a nice surprise. I definitely recommend getting the mystery appetizer. It’s a French restaurant so the desserts were excellent per usual. As well as the wine selection. Bouche is reasonably priced and they have fast and friendly service. Our server Samuel was excellent. Two wine glasses up!🍷🍷

A very cute place! The food was delicious; they change the menu every week on Tuesdays, and always offer one meat, one fish, and one veggie option. Really nice wine options too. The space is small but doesn't feel too closed due to the big windows overlooking the street. Samuel and the rest of the staff are super nice and create a lively and fun atmosphere. Can't recommend enough! I'll definitely be back.

Amazing experience there! Food and service were sooo good, and I am naming it the best restaurant in sf! Our server was funny and gentle, his recommendations were amazing! We had the adventure appetizer, which was fascinating! Very complex flavor and great texture. I’m not going to spoil the ingredients, but you have to try it! The menu couse we had the salad, which was already good enough. With extra prosciutto, the combination came to another level. Main course, my friend and I got monkfish and steak. Both were good. But the desert, omg that’s mine-blowing! The white chocolate custard with peach, I literally teared up a little bit. I’m never a white chocolate fan, cuz it tastes too sweet and the texture of some of them is like wax. But this one, it was soooo good, I almost wanted a second one. The peach was the sweetest part, the custard provided a great balance between dairy and chocolate, the texture was even like mochi a little bit. The best part was the plum sauce, which provided a great acidic flavor and complex smell. My friend got the raison ice cream, which was also amazing! But if I have to recommend, try the white chocolate custard, you won’t regret it!

What a charming spot! Tried their beef tartare and prix fixe menu: corn soup, salad, tagliatelle, cheesecake and crème brûlée. Taste was fresh and exciting. We loved the crossover between French and Californian, and the wine selection was unique. Samuel made our dining experience even better. Will be back whenever I visit SF again!

Had a great dinner here. Is great that you don’t have to do the prix fixe menu and can also order a la carte.
