Not the pizza I was expecting. I’m just visiting San Francisco and I heard that the Italian food out here is incredible. I have had some great experiences at Italian restaurants so I figured I would try some pizza. If this restaurant is an accurate representation of the pizza here, you might want to pass on pizza. The lack of sauce, dough thickness, and overall flavor just didn’t do it for me. I’ll admit, it’s easy to make an average pizza, but difficult to make an above average pizza. This establishment missed the mark on even average. The what I assume was the owner was very short which came across as rude. The price seemed fair so if you’re craving pizza and would like a step above Pizza Hut, this is your place.

Amazing polite service from the waitress who was very knowledgeable about the menu and happy helped us. I didn't see any pitchers of beer available like the description for the restaurant says on here. The pizza is totally worth the price. We got the meat and mushrooms and the two of us were stuffed with a medium pizza. There was great flavor to the ingredients and the crust was some of the best I've had! We didn't wait long at all for our order to arrive

Tasty Brazilian food for an affordable price. The restaurant staff are very friendly and the background music selection is quite pleasant. My husband and I, chose this restaurant since we wanted a good and affordable place to eat in San Francisco. We were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend to other tourists. Thumbs up from Alessa M. ;)

Sausage honey pizza is the highlight here! Pasta smells great tastes not bad. Total for a 16 inch pizza and mac&cheese is $51

The flavors are amazing here. Ordered a half Honey Sausage and the other half Margherita pizza. Family friendly + cozy atmosphere. Will make this a go to when we are in San Francisco ♥️

Just got done eating here and the food was really good. I loved the pizza! Buffalo wings were amazing and I also enjoyed the jalapeño poppers. The atmosphere was overall nice. I will be back on my next trip to SF.

Hands down the best pizza/calzone we have had in a long long time!! Great service, the pizza preparation is visible and old school style fresh dough hand tossed!! Marinara is also so full of flavor. If we find ourselves back in this area, it will be a must have!!

The pizza was good not great. It could have used more sauce, and the sauce was rather bland. That said the service was outstanding. The owner waited on us and he was great. Nice selection of beer. Some unique pies. My friend loves their white sauce pies. I do recomend for a nice lunch or take out, not really for a date with someone you want to impress.

Great pizza with all different types. They have pasta and desserts as well. They serve by the slice as well as a whole pizza and customs. However it is a little overpriced

Tried to order through their website. Kept getting redirected to slice so I used that. At which point it apparently changed the location to one on the other side of the city. No refund given and manager of the store I tried to order from said "Don't use slice, take our menu and call directly." Very helpful. Reply to reply: I did order through Baiano's website, and your website repeatedly redirected me to slice for checking out. Perhaps disconnect slice from your website if you don't approve of the service.

Ian and team serve great pizza with a flair for creativity. I personally am not big on frog but the idea of adding grilled frog to the menu, is just awesome. Love the fried fish snail and the amazing Brazilian hospitality and flair of this spot. Servers are friendly too.

I tried the Meat & Mushrooms pizza. It's the combination of pepperoni, spicy sausage, and mushrooms gave the pizza a great flavor profile. The crust was just the right thickness, not too thin, and had a satisfying texture.

BAIANO SF PIZZA, Address: 100 Gough Street, San Francisco, CA, 94102 at the corners of Page & Gough Street. Date of this very sad and very disturbing IMMEDIATE REFUSAL to allow me to keep my groceries in his store for 15 minutes or less, while I bolted to my place in segments to get all my purchased items home. After & since my grocery cart’s right front wheel had completely snapped & bent completely backwards on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 @ appropriately 2:45 – 3:15 pm right in the gutter curb in front of his pizzeria. CAMBRIDGE DICTIONARY “Man's Inhumanity to Man” or People’s Inhumanity to Other People.” idiom the cruel behavior that people show to each other: Man's inhumanity to man never fails to shock me. SMART Vocabulary: related words and phrases Treating people or animals badly abuser I am still reeling emotionally from this striking refusal to support me in the smallest way possible – with an IMMEDIATE AND NANO-SECOND “NO!” Please refer to the attached picture of my blue grocery cart with the right front wheel totally collapsed with all my bought items strewn over the curb in front of BAIANO PIZZA 100 Gough Street. I had not done grocery shopping for quite a while. I needed a lot of items. I ended up spending over $425.00 at a Member Warehouse Store. The number of items, which I purchased & their accumulated weight, was too much for my grocery cart. The right front wheel just bent in onto itself. It was completely non-operational & it could not roll at all. There was ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I would be able to manage to get to my place, which was only 1 block East of BAIANO SF PIZZA. I attempted to unbend 3 times before it totally snapped in front of BAIANO’S PIZZA. It was “sweating bullets,” I was overwhelmed by the craziness of the entire situation. I just needed some help, support, decency, and humanity. I received NONE OF THESE TRULY AMAZING HUMAN QUALITES, which greatly enhance everyone’s quality of life – who reside or visit SF, which DESPERATELY needs these attributes now. I was “at my wit’s end,” & really did not know how I could solve this negative & very unpleasant situation. It is extremely extremely hard for me to ask for help & support – even when I need it a lot. BAIANO SF PIZZA – What Did I Learn (WDIL) In the future, I need to make sure I listen to this Inner Voice, as it is 90% correct. I politely walked into BAIANO SF PIZZA, there appeared to a person behind the counter, but the owner/manager (I am not sure) was behind the bar in the back. I told him about my predicament. Without a NANO-SECOND’S BREATH, HE EMPATHEITCALLY SAID, “NO!” I was totally taken aback and stunned by such a lack of humanity – “5 Star Creepiness!” I was raised in 1 of the 5 boroughs in NYC. I was raised to be decent, helpful, & compassionate to people – especially strangers, when there was a CLEAR NEED. Even most NY’ers – no matter how tough, gruff, & rushed they appear to be, most of the time will help someone in need. I am a very kind decent person, but – when I am faced with such BLATANT DISRESPECT FOR HUMANITY & A NEIGHBOR, my very unpleasant NY’er comes out. Oh well! I own a place on Page & Market Streets. The building does not have a parking garage, & it is not in my budget to get a Hayes Valley Monthly Private Parking Garage. So, I use SFMTA HV Permit Street Parking. I often must park 3/5 block away. This happened today. I had done over $425.00 worth of shopping at a Member Warehouse Store. I completely did not realize just how many items that I had bought & just how heavy they were. I have had the amazing opportunity to visit over 64 countries around the world. I travel as a solo single person, so I can experience the people, culture, & food as vibrantly as possible. I have been so kindly helped & supported all over the world by numerous nationalities. It makes me so sad, that “in my backyard” & 1 block away from my home, there is such a business, which is such a human disappointment. Thanks for reading this post & review. L-CJ

Really mid pizza. had the all meat and the honey sausage pizzas. The all meat was bland, with no flavor in the crust and the cheese+sauce kind of merging into each other. Felt like someone really phoned in the pizza with the apparent quality of the ingredients. The sausage honey was better, with the jalapeños and honey contributing excitement to the flavor. Nice clean neighborhood spot.
