OMG I just researched this online and it was my first to made an appointment with the lady who answered the phone right exactly this time at 2:33pm 3/5/2021 she was so rude and no patient when I’m asking only if they can send me through email again the appointment coz I haven’t received yet. so I can remembered and her voice was sound angry and so rude when I even say thanks to her before I will Hang up the phone and she hang up without even say anything and don’t even say bye that’s bad to your business having this kind of attitude. I’m feeling that we’re not welcome at all . she’s a bad customer service or telephone operator to your company. Her name was started at M. She ruined my day.

Best in the city! I have been seeing Dr. Scully for years now, and I'm now finally writing this. I was "hoping" to keep them/her a secret. Professional staff; personable doctor(s) - best in the business. From front of the office to the back to the doctors, a team who works hard to keep their patients happy.

Quick scheduling after my call about a concern. I was promptly greeted upon arrival and seen actually a few minutes before time of appointment. Diagnosis was confident and treatment was effective. Advice about sun exposure was respectful but unequivocal. Thank you.

Dr Scully is the best! She knows her stuff, is super efficient and makes things fun even the stuff that's not. I've been going for regular skin cancer screenings and always feel confident that everything that needs to be handled is done. Highly recommend.

Pretty great service but what kind of medical office doesn't do online bill payment in 2022.... Billed (pre-insurance): 295 outpatient visit 175 removal of bit of skin THEN 250 to have it biopsied (but this was charged by UCSF) TOTAL cost for removal of an odd skin bump 720$. This was a short very expensive visit.

Dr Scully and her whole staff are fantastic. You always get a warm welcome when you enter the office. The decor is very posh which feels good. I always receive great care when seen by the doctor. They have been very accommodating in squeezing me for last minute appointments to help me deal with an unexpected skin issue that has been haunting me for the last two months. Scully will try to solve the problem with various solutions until she gets to the core of the issue. I am already seeing results of improvement. I highly recommend her for any dermatology needs you may have.

Dr. Matarasso and Staff choreographed a precision procedure leaving poor pitiful me cared for medically and personally. Surehanded and precise hands, professional poise, razor wit, fireplace warmth, and an answer to my every quivering query before it even stumbled out of my mouth. Dr Dans listens to all your questions and comes up with considered actionable answers. He also adds rationale to his answers which adds confidence and trust to the whole experience. I specially like his “less is more” approach as it shows care for the patient and wisdom acquired from years of practicing medicine

Grateful that Dr. Michael Dans was able to fit me into his schedule recently for an office visit on short notice given my sudden concern about a new strange rash on my left arm. I live in another state and was visiting S.F. The exam he performed and material he provided me with really helped ease my concerns and I feel much better now! When Dr. Dans called me, he told me exactly what my lesion was, its prevalence, its seriousness, its treatment options and the pros and cons of each. He excels at clear communication and patient education. Other physicians could learn from him.

Always starts on time and Dr. Dans is professional and efficient. Exams are quick and painless. In and out in less than 30 minutes

The level of care by Dr. Reisman was average. However, I had to spend hours via patient portal messaging and phone with a fairly condescending customer service rep about an erroneous $400 charge from their billing department. The charge wasn't properly investigated until weeks after my service date. Meanwhile, I was repeatedly told that the bill was correct, despite evidence to the contrary. Anyway, I'd recommend avoiding a headache and look for a dermatologist elsewhere.

I have been seeing Dr. Dans for many years and really like the service he provides. He is sensitive and covers all questions and concerns and helps me with skin care. I am very happy with Dr. Dans as a physician.
