😠 Awful service. I asked for instructions on how to find the clinic and they said it's easy, you'll see it. Not true - 601 is a huge complex and you have the find the elevator in the back and go to level "M" to find floor 2 for suite 2008. Very intuitive...

I needed to set-up an appointment for an employee who had suffered a serious head injury. After being received by the initial operator I was transferred to speak with a nurse. I then waited for nearly an hour on hold before hanging up and attempting to go through the system again. The second time I got a different operator and after explaining what had happened to her, she transferred me through to the same waiting line. I waited another fifteen minutes before giving up entirely. This process was entirely unacceptable to me as I attempted to assist an injured person. Kaiser needs to do better, this is a disgrace!

Receptionist is so rude. I just left there and she obviously hates her job. She needs to be back office if she can’t be polite to strangers.

Even though my husbands experience here is great, we enjoy the valet parking when coming to his physical therapy sessions, I do have one bad thing to say about this location and not just this building lol We are here for his Physical Therapy and the only time we sit uncomfortably all week is when we come and sit in their lobby 🤣. The most uncomfortable chairs/sofas ever. It’s ironic on why we come here! Anyways , absolutely love the gals at the check in , and the gentleman who helps my husband is amazing too! They just need to get rid of the awful furniture that their patients have to sit on while waiting. No back support and most awkward positions that we are forced to sit in while awaiting help for our physical conditions 🥰 This goes for all waiting rooms of Kaiser . Let’s do a better job on at least keeping those awaiting in pain , more comfortable lol

Not of paperwork you need to feel love and then basically exhibition you need to give up all your right in reality and also on paper you need to sign all so as to be allowed and seen by a doctor the nurse are going to tell you all the bureac procedure.... 🎃halloween is their concerns at work, not patients waiting time being reduced even though parking in van ness street is scary... Indifference Disinterested Bureaucracy protocol Inefficiency

Both receptionist here need to retire or get promoted to sorting patients files. They look at people coming in as an inconvenience, it's astounding. What i noticed on 1 1/2 hour wait that if you speak spanish you'll get treated like a normal person and things move quickly.

😠 This is the first time we’re denied medical services at an urgent care center. The front desk did not even want to hear us when we tried to explain what the symptoms of my sick fiancé were. They denied seeing him because he said he had a soar throat and stomach issues and said “they only check for j...

😠 I came in last night with serious lower, lumbar back pain (some bruising on my spine). I don’t remember the doctor’s name, but this was the worst experience I’ve had in an urgent care center. A few issues: 1. She didn’t listen well, if at all. 2. After telling her how immobile I am (what I can’t...

😠 Dr. Rossi is unprofessional. He didn’t properly test me. And yet I’m still charged $255 for an inconclusive test that he didn’t want to give me. But I demanded the test for public health reasons. And then it comes back inconclusive… this is no coincidence, he did it wrong on purpose.
