Quality sushi with a great atmosphere! I was really happy to find out they have a spicy tuna crispy rice dish, which is one of my absolute favorites. Theirs definitely impressed me. I got rolls this time around, but next time I want to try some of the nigiri. I was sitting at the bar and saw so many nigiri platters being made.

A bit pricey, but totally worth it. Everything tasted so fresh with unique flavors. We got the 10 pc nigiri omkase, which was delicious. Each piece of fish was buttery. Our favorite was the yellowtail with truffle. We loved it so much we got two more orders. The fish, spice of the jalapeño, and touch of truffle is surprisingly perfect. We also got the chicken karage, which wasn’t too fried. All the rolls were dank too - we got all of them expect the veggie one and the jessica alba one. Pictured below are the blazing glory, sake bomb, loco spideroll, and big boss. Service was great too.

This place was recommended by a college friend for dinner since I was craving sushi. Quite a simple menu but when the final delivery came it was quite a surprise. I managed to finish off my serving. It was quite packed, hence we could barley hear each other tall even when we weren’t loud.

Such a cute restaurant with a great ambiance! My friend and I came here for dinner and there wasn’t too much of a wait but we did come in early. We ordered the hamachi truffle and the sushi omakase dinner. The hamachi was amazing and melts in your mouth! All the fish from the omakase was very fresh. It was a little on the pricier side but definitely worth it.

The omakase and the rolls were meh, but the hamachi truffle and butter 4 truffle were extremely flavorful and great. The omakase was pretty cheap and the portions were really large, but we didn’t find anything special about it.

The sushi from this bar is simply the best in town. You won't find better quality sushi anywhere else. The atmosphere is sophisticated and relaxing. It is the perfect place for a date night or special occasion. The sushi rolls are always so flavorful. You can taste the creativity and care put into each roll.

This place is great but there are a couple of points you need to be aware of. First is that they've changed their menu after covid and they do not serve many of their famous dishes anymore. No ray ray's tako and wagyu tartare. They still have the omakase which is absolutely tasty (but pricey 🥲). Second is that they are super busy on weekends and you need to rsvp for large groups. We were only two and were seated immediately

Third time coming here and it never disappoints. We always get the fresh oysters and always appreciate the staffs amazing service. The server today helped us decide which special roll to get and we tried the flaming glory today. It was delicious. We always get the nagiri special as well which I highly recommend. Presentation is always beautiful and taste is always on point. Thank you again for a spectacular dining experience.

I always love coming to Nara when I’m in the city. Just went and was reminded of why I loved this place. The rolls are fantastic and the service is fast and friendly. If I were to give feedback, the Flaming Glory roll was my least favorite of the bunch (our group got each roll on the menu). Besides that, everything we ordered was fantastic. Our favorites were the Special K, Loco Spiderman and the Veggie roll :)

Split a couple orders of the Nigiri Tasting and a roll; everything was excellent. A little on the pricier side, but I would say it was worth the price for the quality of the fish, rice, and presentation. We saw the omakase at a neighboring table and will look forward to ordering that next time we visit.

The sushi was good, really good. The starters were okay-ish (e.g. SHREK). Except for the HAMCHI TRUFFLE spoons - those were great. My recommendation: Don’t spend too much time on the drinks menu but order directly the warm house sake.

A really outstanding modern Japanese restaurant. Loved the Taco Balls and the Big Biss Roll. The Ankimo and Hamachi Kama were both new to us and a revelation. Can't wait to sample the rest of their menu.

Awesome sushi experience! I have celiac disease, I told the server and she came back with another copy of the menu where she had annotated which items were gluten free and which ones could be made gluten free. This was so thoughtful and made me feel so comfortable and at ease with my allergy. The sushi was great and the service was wonderful. I recommend the hand rolls, which we're $5 each before 7 pm! Looking forward to coming back soon :)

Our server, Jenny, took care of us with exceptional service. It was our first time at the restaurant and she was quick to give recommendations. We followed her recs and every dish was super delicious. My mom especially loved the 14-piece sashimi omakase, which was a great selection of fish at an affordable price. If you’re looking for an affordable sushi experience, definitely come here!

Great happy hour every day, with oysters, house sake and and some rolls. I sat at the bar so I could see all the preparation. Everything was fresh and services was super friendly!

The servers were nice and polite, the food was good. The atmosphere was personally not my vibe. I couldn't hear my friends talking over the club music blasting. I don't like to drink a lot so I can see who this place is trying to attract.
