This Korean restaurant serves up delicious and authentic food that's perfect for takeout. I was really impressed with the quality and flavor of the dishes I tried. Everything I had was legit and tasted like it was made by real Korean chef. The menu had a great variety of options, and the prices were very reasonable. If you're looking for real Korean food to go, this is the place to check out. Highly recommend giving it a try.

This place is straight fire 🔥. The flavors are all there and service is awesome. May become a daily lunch spot! I got the chicken bowl, can’t wait to try the bulgogi bowl.

Delicious Korean food with lots of options for breakfast and lunch — grab and go, veggie-forward, etc. The owner, Alex, and all staff are friendly and helpful. Great spot to for a casual meal or to grab something quickly, particularly if you happen to be on jury duty or working a case at the nearby courthouse and need something fast! They also have an area to purchase Korean/Asian snacks and drinks which are fun.

Kiss my Seoul's Kimcheese smashburgers can gladly take my soul ! Truly a hidden gem. We ordered the kiss my fries , bulgogi cupbap, and two smashburgers. Such a delicious lunch and we had leftovers to bring home as well. Definitely recommend this place. Food and service is amazing. The owner , Alex, brought over some mandu for us to have and that was amazing as well. Excited to try their tacos next time.

I’ve been comin there every morning after my graveyard shift, for the past few months now and I honestly feel like I’m being being treated like a King. This place has incredibly authentic food selections such as Kimchee friend (veggie and regular) an great bowls like Bulgogi, Galbi, Pork, Tofu and da best Burgers from New York City, lol (Kimchee SmashBurger) ono enough to melt in your mouth. Plus, their breakfast specials like Hashbrown Sammich with Mandu sides. In the morning you can slide in and slide out, just to relax. But, By 11am-2 pm, watch out cause that’s when the Peeps come out, to get der Hangry Fix baby lol. Stop by and meet up with World-Chef Alex, he catered the past 3 Olympic Games (true story) he has his photos framed up on his wall. And no, his frames are not from the Dollar Store, they just have that majestic look, lol😎🤙🏽 So, if you wanna get down for some real ono ono, broke da mouth grub come down and check his place called,” Kiss My Seoul”, on Boardman St, kitty korner to the Hall of Justice at 859 Bryant St. Aloha, Augie J.😎🤙🏽

Incredible food, incredible staff and ambiance/hospitality. Everything on the menu will make you say wow. The owner (Alex) has so much experience (see Tokyo, Beijing, PyeongChang Olympic games catering) it really bleeds out of him right into THE BEST bulgogi beef i’ve had in this city, bar none. You cannot come here once. It’s no coincidence there’s a mural on the wall connecting the two cities of Seoul and San Francisco here. Kiss My Seoul brings a charm and a heart to this city even 5600 miles couldn’t get between. 5/5

I really don't know what to make of what I'm eating. This is a very Americanized, loose interpretation of what I expected. Gentrified for short. I ordered Japchae and there were vegetables that looked like they came from the frozen foods aisle. Not to mention, whose Japchae has squash, broccoli, cauliflower and Round carrots all blended unexpectedly with Black rice in a bowl? I picked ALL of that out. I wanted to enjoy this, because it's convenient to my address. Is the cook Korean? Is this a Korean + American interpretation? Whatever the case, it's not what I expected from a place called "Kiss My Seoul" but it'll probably coast by if left to San Francisco yuppies whose palates couldn't tell a burger from kimchi. I want y'all to thrive without sacrificing the cultural substance behind the food you're making. Some changes need to be made.

The food is really good. I had the smash burger one day and the galbi on another day. The smash burger had 2 patties with cheese and grilled onions. It was really juicy and tasty and I really recommend it if you're looking for a good burger. The galbi plate was so-so. The galbi itself was good. The rest of the plate was satisfying, but wasn't as good as the smash burger. I took off one star for atmosphere. The time period I ate here was during the winter. The kitchen seems to have a high negative pressure, which kept pulling wind in from the front door. You feel the wind chill as you're eating on your hands and legs.

The food is awesome here and a very convenient location location. I love the artwork inside and the owner (Alex) is very friendly and welcoming. Support small businesses in the community and go check out Kiss My Seoul! Kimcheese smashburgers are unique - haven't found anywhere else that has these!

Chef Alex Hwang has catered the last three Olympic Games for good reason: his food is otherworldly. I’ve worked in the area for nearly two decades, and I feel lucky to have Kiss My Seoul, now my personal SF restaurant favorite, right around the corner. Chef Alex is cut from the same cloth as famous Korean American chefs Roy Choi and Dave Chang, and if you missed photos of them together adorning the restaurant walls, you’d know once you tasted the amazing food. Unique but familiar, extraordinary yet comforting, Kiss My Seoul is everything you dream of eating on a daily basis.

We had the kimchi smash burger - double patty. - soft bun - tender patties - grilled onion - melted cheese - kimchi to balance Great burger, the chef definitely know what he's doing. Kiss my fries were also awesome. The bulgogi in dish was amazingly flavorful. My only regrets were: - should have gotten another burger - should have gotten a bulgogi dish Will return, food is delicious.

We ordered KBBQ catering from Kiss My Seoul for our baby shower. Everything was absolutely delicious and our guests could not stop raving about the food. My husband picked up the order and said our car has never smelled better than when he was driving back with the food (even better than the smell of pizza)! We got large trays of food and I was so excited to eat everything that I forgot to take a photo of my plate. We ordered the mando vegetarian dumplings, japchae (vegan), rice, tofu (vegan), chicken, pork and bulgogi beef along with steamed mixed vegetables. They also threw in two free bottles of kimchi aioli and a spicy red sauce which was very appreciated and unexpected! I worked directly with the owner Alex on all the details for the catering order - he was super professional, very responsive to all my questions, and quick to update the invoice estimates. He also gave me some great advice about portion sizing, especially assuming everyone would go down the line and try all of the dishes. I personally LOVED the mando and the japchae and I was pleasantly surprised to see purple rice (instead of plain white rice)! I had never seen dumplings that circular shape before, very interesting to see how consistent they were in shape/size and they were a big hit with the kids. We actually ended up running out of tofu because it looked so good that non-vegetarians also wanted to eat it! My vegan friend said that the tofu was well seasoned and packed full of flavor. Overall, I was thrilled with the taste and quality of the food - we took a bit of a gamble ordering from Kiss My Seoul to feed our closest family and friends since we had never eaten at the restaurant before. Can't wait to go back and check out the kimcheese smashburger sometime!

If you find yourself on Jury Duty or are in the area for other reasons, this is the spot for lunch. I came here 3 days in a row to try different things on the menu because it was so delicious. Make sure to ask for their homemade Korean hot sauce!

alex and KMS Catered our hundred person wedding, and we were so happy with happy with how everything turned out. The food was amazing, the guests were so happy, and he did it at such a reasonable price point. Alex was on time, prepared, so kind and professional. We could not recommend him more.

Best smashburger I've had in a minute (but maybe ever). Gorgeously smashed burger, beautifully soft and chewy bun that doesn't melt under the weight of the burger, kimchi mayo that's equal parts creamy and spicy.. 10/10 would recommend and return again. Also v curious to try the hash brown breakfast sandwich with spam!
