The delivery driver was very nice and professional. The manager couldn't of cared less. I did not order a flat bread/cracker crust pizza, yet I received the thinness pizza I've ever seen from Papa John's and it was burnt! The manager sent a new pizza in return for the original mistake. The "New" pizza wasn't burnt, but was also so thin it might as well been pizza sauce with cheese on a limp cracker. I've never been so disappointed with a pizza from this company.

Pizza came cold, never have I seen pizza crust sticking to the box like this… looks undercooked

The quality was disappointing. I used to manage a PJ’s about a decade ago & it takes more effort to create a bad pie than a good one. The place was filled with employees so maybe it was training day or something. I will cherish the garlic sauce however since it’ll be awhile before I get another.

Staying at a hotel nearby, given a keycard that had the number for this location on it. Called to place an order and after being on hold for several minutes, was told they don't deliver to this location. Don't waste your time. Order from somewhere else.

I ordered delivery I wasn't feeling good and I just wanted to lay in bed I get my order and it's all wrong my pizza is not cut right or done right my soda was supposed to be a Mountain Dew and they brought me Pepsi and I will not drink Pepsi I called them up and ask them to please exchange my Pepsi for a Mountain Dew that I would drink they said okay and then did not do it should I call back and of course they are closed and won't take my call I paid 50 bucks for a convenience that I did not even get I am not happy at all

The supervisor ( bald one ) is the worst person to deal with customers. No advice anyone to go there if that person there

This location doesn't accept any corp discounts or coupons or suggested pricing issued by the Papa John's company. When I called the manager to ask him why he said that San Francisco charges 4 % more sales tax. Seems to me that would fall under tax and not the way this store does it by charging $21.99 for the very same pizza made at Papa John's anywhere else is only $12.99 so double the price is justified by a 4% city tax. Seems to me the math spells it out clearly that they gough their customers. Their food isn't worth the cost when you can go to a world pizza champion business like Tony's Napolitano, slice shop or Capo's for the same price it's not even a comparison. Sorry to those who work at this location as it's got to be depressing to always be disappointing customers who call them out for the obvious price gouging.

The pizza was disgusting. I would give them zero because that's what they deserve. The pizza was undone and cold. I will not ever go back there again. A friend of mine had a gift card. And he gave it to me. If I would have only known.. I would have cut that card up.

This Papa John's truly saved the day. I had placed a pizza order from a different establishment, and they bailed last minute. I frantically called this Papa John's and they accommodated my large request so QUICKLY and it all arrived with no troubles. My large event would have been a disaster if it wasn't for this Papa John's!!!! Thank you!!!!

Great Service… I made a mistake on my order and they did what it took to make it right. Really appreciated the kindness and care of the staff.

Pizza was burnt. I would never serve pizza with this poor of quality. Papa John would of been pissed if he still ran this dying company.

So I bought pizza from here, and it was trash, waste of money, I could of went to lil ceaser or costco. The crust was so thin, my toppings were falling off! Never again for me. First and last

So I Ordered a Create your own Epic Stuff Crust Pizza through Uber Eats To My Hotel Zephyr and I chose pepperoni, and Jalapeños, and mushrooms I guess, when my order arrived to my Hotel the Pizza did not have The Pepperoni I ordered Instead they put Pineapple on my pizza and I never put pineapple on pizza it was so disappointing imagine ordering a pizza with pepperoni they don’t give you pepperoni.

Had an issue w an order and customer service helped right away and was excellent!
