I
am
a
long
time
customer
of
yoga
flow,
I
used
to
go
regularly
when
I
lived
in
San
Francisco.
I
had
planned
on
arriving
to
the
class
8
minutes
prior,
my
typically
time
which
i
always
sat
around
on
Instagram
while
we
waited
to
start.
Once
I
arrived
I
found
out
that
half
the
street
has
construction
going
on
and
the
usual
parking
is
not
available
today.
Unfortunately
because
of
this
I
ended
up
arriving
only
two
minutes
EARLY
before
class
started.
The
class
door
was
already
closed
and
Jeannie
had
started
the
class
early.
There
was
no
one
at
the
front
desk
to
help
me
rent
a
yoga
mat,
which
is
something
I
always
did
when
I’m
out
of
town.
There
is
10
other
students
in
the
class,
which
is
much
smaller
than
their
typical
class
which
can
go
up
to
25
or
30
people
and
a
busy
day.
Jeannie,
the
instructor
saw
me
without
a
yoga
mat,
and
I
was
still
attempting
to
do
the
yoga
poses.
My
hope
was
that
she
would
see
me
without
a
yoga
mat
and
offer
me
one
at
some
point.
She
did
not.
She
did
not
even
look
my
direction,
not
one
time.
My
knees
ended
up
hurting
so
badly
from
doing
the
poses
on
the
hard
wood
flows
that
I
had
to
stop
five
minutes
before
the
class
ended.
My
knees
are
now
in
so
much
pain
and
I
feel
very
dissatisfied.
All
the
people
in
the
class
was
also
looking
at
the
interaction
between
the
instructor
and
I…
and
I
feel
like
they
all
felt
bad
for
me.
I
felt
bad
for
me.
I
arrived
on
time,
my
intention
was
to
rent
a
yoga
mat
which
takes
20
seconds
to
do.
And
I
felt
totally
ignored.
If
Jeannie
is
the
main
instructor,
I
encourage
you
all
that
are
interested
in
coming
to
the
class
to
arrive
at
least
15
minutes
early
because
you’re
not
sure
if
she’s
ever
gonna
start
much
earlier.
