Lived here for over a year. Management was helpful and building has great amenities such as lounge areas and gym. Really liked the gym! Also took part in an organized event for residents that was fun! Location wise this worked out well for commute as we could take either 101 or 280. Also walkable distance to Caltrain station. The walls are thin and we could use more windows but those are more structural things that can’t be changed.

Maintenance and leasing office is amazing. Super fast response and great work. John Martinez is always so helpful with any maintenance related issues I may have. While the leasing office is amazing as well. Definitely recommend this place.

They raised our rent 14%, kept our deposit despite no damage whatsoever to the apartment, and they charged us extra rent "preemptively" for the month after our lease expired, despite us giving advance notice that we were moving out. When we pointed out the extra charge, they repeatedly "refunded" us small amounts that did not correlate to the money that they had stolen from us. Their accounting department was in complete shambles, and there was no way do discern which erroneous charges were for what. Once, a car caught on fire next to ours in the parking garage (close enough to leave soot on ours), and they did not even email us directly to notify us. The burnt husk of a car sat there, wet and moldy for months. The apartments have extremely thin walls and floors, with tenants who are not used to living in cities. The management told everyone to wear shoes inside their own apartments to avoid the noise. Also, the walls soaked through with water when it rained. The building is literally not even watertight. Terrible place. Low quality construction. They will rent gouge you and steal your money-- and I'm not even talking about the deposit that they took.

I've been living in this apartment for a year, the frequently updated and maintained facilities and the professional friendly staffs make the whole living experience very satisfactory. The entire move-in process was very smooth and efficient with the help from Chyna. She was patient and provided helpful answers to my concern. Maintenance team is also great. Garbage disposal in kitchen was fixed by John on the second day after I submitted my request at night. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about household appliances. Really appreciate his help.

John Martinez answered our request to fix our broken dishwasher. Firstly, he was super quick to respond to our service request. We had put the request the previous night and John was at our unit the next morning at 10am to fix the issue. His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were exceptional. He swiftly assessed the issue and executed the replacement with precision. The entire process was seamless, and our kitchen was left spotless. John’s dedication to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. Highly recommended for his top-notch service!

The maintenance crew is super responsive and awesome. Eduardo Limos addressed repairs around the apartment. He was kind, thorough and quick and always willing to help out.

Just moved into apartment and we had few urgent maintenance requests. John and Eduardo from maintenance were able to come by the same day to look into our requests. Three of the four items were addressed during the first visit. Our refrigerator was running warm and the team reset the refrigerator to resolve the issue. The team returned within a few hours to inspect refrigerator, but it was still not working properly. The team replaced a part and committed to bringing a new refrigerator if it was still not working the next day. Upon returning the next day, the team inspected the refrigerator again and found that it wasn’t working properly. The team came back within a few hours and replaced our refrigerator. John and Eduardo were extremely kind and professional during their visits. Our first maintenance request in the new place was a great experience!

I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to John Martinez, the maintenance guy. He has been a total lifesaver! I’ve had him coming over multiple times throughout and whenever I've had a question or a problem, he's swooped in and saved the day. He's very professional in the maintenance field and knows what is really going on with issues i encountered. So, huge props to John for always having my back and making my life a whole lot easier.
