The façade is a bit uninviting, but this place serves tasty, large plates of food at inexpensive prices. A true hidden gem in SF! My meal below was only $10.50

GKT is close to SF City Hall and the SF Public Library, an ideal location for a quick work lunch. Ordering off the lunch menu, my choice was Kung Pao chicken with white rice. Egg drop soup was included. A glass of water and a Coke completed the meal. The soup and entrè were hot, fresh, and tasty. I needed my daily dose of vegetables, and the Kung Pao didn't disappoint. Celery, green peppers, mushrooms, onions, peanuts, and zucchini fixed that. There was plenty of chicken. I couldn't eat it all, but I would certainly return if I was ever in the area again.

My coworker and I ordered "Mongolian Beef over steam rice 🍚 " The food was really tasty 😋 also, and the price was damn good.! We paid $23.00 😱 here in San Francisco.. which is really, really cheap.! Definitely ill come back in the future 😁

The food was fresh and prepared as expected. I love the hot and sour and Mongolian beef. It is located in the tenderloin district, so be prepared.

It's ok. Nothing spectacular. The area this is located in isn't the best and quite run down. Probably not safe to be out late at night. The restaurant itself was ok. I had a beef sizzler but the beef wasn't very good. Good portions and reasonably priced but I think there are nicer Chinese restaurants to go to.

Food was nicely prepared fast not much of a wait even though packed For a medium size pretty busy location... definitely fair prices for the portion size served on the menu... recommend for traveling people or quick meals on the go They also deliver...

Ordered dinner from here thru Grubhub and the food was very hot and some of the best ive ever had!! We ordered Kung pao chicken, Beef Chow Fun and Rockcod in black bean sauce... All tasted great with very good portions and lots of meat and fish!! I highly recommend!!
