    Domino's Pizza Customer Service, and frustration with the recent order I received from your store. I placed an order and foremost, the delivery was incredibly late, arriving one hour past the scheduled time. This delay not only inconvenienced me and my household but also disrupted our plans for the evening. Prompt and timely delivery is a fundamental aspect of any food delivery service, and this failure to meet the expected standards was highly disappointing. Furthermore, upon receiving the delivery, I immediately noticed that the chicken wings, which were part of my order, were missing. The delivery driver left before we could point out the missing items, and when we tried to contact him, it took approximately 15 minutes for him to respond. He claimed to have been unaware of the missing chicken wings, offering an apology for the oversight. However, the delay and lack of attentiveness on his part added to the overall dissatisfaction of our experience. Adding to our dissatisfaction, we attempted to contact the store directly to inquire about the late delivery and the missing items. Unfortunately, our calls were either unanswered or answered and immediately disconnected. This lack of responsiveness from the store only heightened our frustration and left us feeling disregarded as customers. Lastly, both the pizza and the chicken wings that were eventually delivered were of subpar quality. The taste was significantly below the standard we have come to expect from Domino's Pizza, which further solidified our disappointment with this entire experience. This unfortunate incident has left me with a negative impression of Domino's Pizza. As a loyal customer in the past, I did not anticipate such lapses in delivery, missing items, poor customer service, and a decline in food quality. I believe it is crucial for your team to investigate this incident thoroughly and take appropriate measures to ensure these issues are promptly resolved. I am requesting that you take the following actions: 1. Address the issue of late deliveries and ensure rigorous adherence to the promised delivery times. 2. Improve the communication and responsiveness of your customer service team to handle inquiries promptly and efficiently. 3. Reevaluate the quality control measures in place to ensure that the taste and overall quality of the food meet the expected standards. I trust that Domino's Pizza takes customer satisfaction seriously and will take appropriate actions to rectify these problems. I hope this experience serves as an opportunity for improvement and prevents similar incidents from occurring .

    Update 12/11/2020: Delivery has been restored to it's swift rate! Back to 5 stars! Update 12/06/2020: I ordered from Domino's a couple times this weekend and both times pizza came cold. A drastic cut to quality from my previous experiences. I actually ordered a second time to confirm, and the results were the same. Seems like the place is understaffed in terms of drivers as my food seemed to sit for a long time prior to being delivery. Lowering my rating to 3 stars thusly, but I'm hoping to update soon! I've ordered from here countless times for delivery and haven't had an issue yet. Huge shout out to the team for the tasty and quick pizza delivery!

    They were nice. They’ve always got coupons and promotions going so you never have to pay full price. And I actually got my meal for free this time because I redeemed points I’d acquired from previous purchases. 👍

    Arrived at Closing after a long walk thru TWD (the walking dead) The App glitched out and my order didn't process to my disappointment but NO Worry as the Boss said to me...I make it for you right now...Domino's Pan Pizza is Fire!!! Once you go PAN you never go back!

    DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION 10/30/23: placed an order to be delivered and waited over 1.5 hours (when we should have received the delivery in a reasonable 30-45 minute timeframe). Delivery status kept pushing our time out! Tried to contact the store (while waiting for delivery) with ZERO LUCK! recording kept telling us we were 2nd in queue with our phone call- 3-4 minute wait- yet we waited and waited. Eventually went to a corner shop to order dinner. Abe’s pizza is phenomenal! Dominos delivery Driver finally showed up- pizza was cold and cheese hardened, tater tots were solid and twisty bread was hard. Inedible! Driver stated he had 5 other deliveries and that no one ever answers the phone here. 10/31 We put in a customer service claim through domino’s main website (since there is NO phone number to reach anyone) and we were told someone from this location would call us back. Ha! Still waiting!

    Worst customer service. I called them last night to place an order for pickup, everything went well, the employee told me that my order would be ready to pickup in 19 minutes. I informed him that my bf would be coming to pay for the order and pick it up. He tells me thats not a problem.. so about 15 minutes later, my boyfriend left, late night to go pick up our dominoes order which we were told would be ready around the time it would take him to get there. I get a call from my boyfriend telling me that the employee was saying that he canceled our order and he can't make us what we had just ordered just 20 minutes ago. I said I don't understand and my boyfriend told me that's all he said and just stated he's busy and went on to continue taking other people's orders and completely ignoring my bf... I took it into my hands to call them again and ask what the problem is. I called about 4 or 5 different times, they just continued to put me on hold and made me listen to a female robot voice that kept saying I'm the first caller and my order would be taken shortly until i heard complete silence, i said hello hello hello??? No answer so I decided to call from a phone number different from the one we set up an order with and to my luck (not), the same worker answered, ready to take the next person's order so I asked what the hell is going on with my order and told him my bf came in to pick it up and he hasn't gotten it from you. He tells me he's gonna transfer me to speak to somebody else about why my order got canceled and I started speaking but he had already placed me on hold and the phone robot voice started yapping the same exact garbage to me over and over again and employee never said anything else. TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE OR MANAGER, WHOEVER THIS PRICK WAS. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DOMINOS PIZZA PLACE AT ALL!! ITS A HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND YOU WILL RECEIVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE YOU COULD EVER RECEIVE FROM ANYWHERE!!! STAY FARRRRR AWAY FROM HERE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO DOWN TO NAPOLEON PIZZA OR CHICOS OR WHATEVER THE OTHER PIZZA PLACES ARE CALLED AROUND THE AREA. You will most definitely regret ordering from here if you do. I promise. Don't waste your time.

    I love peperoni pan made, if you've seen the movie "a goofy movie" then you know the scene where the cast is eating pizza and how the pizza is portrayed in the movie because of this i expected all pizza to look like the pizza in the movie growing up and as a adult when I got the pan made from dominos it is a dead ringer for the pizza in the movie it's amazingly beautiful
