Came here today with my 1 year old and we really loved it! Everyone was super friendly, the playground areas were clean also. They have snacks for sale at the front desk and even high chairs for little ones. Lots of fun slides and climbing areas for bigger kids and the tot area was cute with little slides and climbing areas. We’ll be back!!

Really fun spot for the little ones. I got a nice workout too running through the obstacles with my 18 month old. One recommendation - clean the infant / toddler area a bit more frequently. Those little gear things for the wall can get scattered everywhere and cover the ground.

Wow! Didn’t know we’d find a place like this in SF. Staff are very friendly, and having reservations meant the crowd was manageable. Lovely, energetic, but not so crowded the kids were bouncing off each other. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of space for adults to hang back and chat…. Or go for a slide… just watch your head!

I had my 8 year olds bday party here yesterday at the SF location and it was fabulous and the kids had a wonderful time. The staff was so friendly, helpful, efficient and lovely to work with. Also, it was clean! They explained everything ahead of time and day of. I highly recommend for any occasion and now is our new fav spot:)

We've now been to Peek-a-Boo at least 3 times with our 2 year old daughter and have loved every moment. From the slides to the little kid play room, everything was a hit. We've usually gone after 5pm for the closing hour; it's usually relatively empty then and never have has felt too crowded, and generally everything is very clean. I'd also like to give a shout-out to the person who staffs the front desk on weekdays in the afternoon, who has been super friendly. For example, our daughter was obsessed with a particular Disney song, and not only was she willing to entertain a request, but she even remembered us the next time. Thank you for making her experience awesome.

I was extremely confused upon entering as it seemed the computer system was down. I was not allowed in, and there were only 3 employees handling the situation. Only one girl was seen in the back cleaning up human vomit when it seemed as though she needed more help. I was not allowed in the establishment but from what I was able to view: I wouldn’t have wanted in anyways. I feel bad for the employees as they all looked under pressure, I was wondering where someone with actual authority was as they all looked in their 20s and very young. Very understaffed and in need of better equipment.

This place is wonderful! We just held a birthday party for our 5 year old there (the first at Peek-a-boo Factory since they reopened due to the pandemic) and had the best time. From the beginning with booking and arranging details the staff were so responsive. We were able to drop off supplies ahead of time and on the day of the party Sylvia and her group were just so helpful. The play area is clean and big enough for adults to join in on the climbing/sliding/ninja warrior fun. The party room was spacious and provides a great place to celebrate after the intense playing. The kids (and grownups) all had so much fun. It was well worth the money and we are so happy with the experience.

Great place in SF to take kids. They can run around in a safe environment. They also have a young kids section. It's $14 per kid (adult was free). Will be back.

👍👍 I went to Bill Graham for the first time this past weekend, and I was floored. The venue location, and the overall set up of the place is fantastic for large shows. I saw Steve Aoki and loved every moment of it. I think the place attracts a really good crowd, and getting in is seamless. I generally...
