WARNING ⚠️ INEXPERIENCED I’ve decided to repost my review because the amount of money I have had to pay to repair my hair is MORE than what I paid for services. In September I came in and told the owner I have fragile hair and only use Wella or Lanza to lift because it doesn’t dry my hair. She assured me her Italian products were just as gentle. Her products FRIED my hair…..now 3 months later no amount of keratin or oil treatments has been able to smooth out the damage or repair it…..I am going to have cut off most of my hair!!! You can see if you look closely the white streaks in my hair!!! This is because for the entire hour she had the product on my hair she did NOT check my hair once to see how it was processing even though she sat 15 feet from the the whole time. So I have streaks of platinum blonde in my hair along with my hair just being totally fried. THE COLOR IS TOTALLY UNEVEN! She DID NOT use a toner. I’ve spent more than the $200 that was refunded to me in an attempt to heal my hair to NO AVAIL! My hair has just continued to fall out……… Don’t risk it folks no one should still be suffering 3 months later from damage like this!!! If you have fragile hair DO NOT COME HERE!!

Simply the best professional helpful caring friendly salon Connie is the best hair cutter and stylist I have ever been to. She treats her clients with care consideration and politeness as do all the stylist working with her at Veer and Wander. Stylish setting consummate professionals and all around good vibe.

Manilito not only is the sweetest, but he also is an extremely talented artist. My hair was so damaged and lifeless, but he brought it back to life! He was constantly checking in to make sure the length was ok, or if I needed anything. I haven’t had a cut in almost 3 years because I’m so nervous when I comes to people cutting my hair but he made me feel so safe, comfortable, & at home. Needless to say, I found my new stylist, and will only be seeing him moving forward. I’m so happy with the results 🥹🥰💖 thank you manilito u are the best seriously 🥹💖

I have been looking for a stylist who can be creative with my short hair for several years now and finally saw an amazing cut on my friend. Getting hair cut from Manilito the second time and I am finally absolutely happy with the result. They are just the best, open to experiment and does a great, detailed job. Definitely recommend them!

I did a lot of research where to get a nice cut while in SFO. From all the list recommended by google, this was the one that stood out. I’m glad I went here to get a fresh cut with Connie. The place was clean, loved the vibe and interiors. They also use quality products. Will definitely be back here when in SF.

My balayage appointment was with Emma and she is amazing. I have greys and was particular about the colour application technique. She was attentive to my asks, very efficient and made sure my hair turns out exactly how I wanted. Love how my hair looks!

I had such a great experience at Veer & Wander! My stylist Emma did an amazing job coloring my hair (I got a balayage) and enjoyed the experience form start to finish. The salon is also very clean, well kept, and has a trendy atmosphere. I would come here again and will recommend Emma to all my friends!
