Verrry poor service. I arrived on time and had to wait two hours past my appointment time to be seen. On top of the I was expecting to have a cleaning and another procedure done and they said I would have to come back at a later date. When I tried to reschedule by phone, I was put on hold and rerouted to multiple call centers that were unable to simply set an appointment. It took almost 3 hours of cumulative calls to no avail. I changed dentists immediately Should have been simple. Avoid this office! ** *on top of all that, they pressure you to leave 5 star Google reviews while you are in the chair waiting, and ask to see it. So I wrote one and have just deleted it after leaving.***

Never go back. Waited 4 hours to be told my teeth looked clean and I'd be fine, even though issue on X-ray. Have been trying to get through to them to have X-rays sent to new dentist. Never, ever get through, always call center and they can't help. I need my X-rays!!

It's ridiculous that they play with people's time and just don't do anything when you ask how much time is left. P.S. The replies this office makes are a joke, please be more serious about your patients complaints and start taking your jobs seriously. A man called and spoke Spanish to me. I told the person I can’t speak Spanish. Then he said a name that I didn’t recognized and repeated asked “who “. He got very frustrated with me and said “never mind “ and hang up. I feel so ignored and mistreated so I looked up the number. It was from Western Dental and Orthodontics in Mission. I do have an appointment tomorrow with them. So called back and told the man that someone called from this number and rudely hanged up on me. He said because no one answering it. He was the man who just frustrated and rudely ended the call. So I told him I have an appointment tomorrow but I don’t want to be seen at where the staff is rude and unprofessional. Then he just hanged up on me gain before I said I would like to cancel my husband’s and mine appointment for Wednesday. I called back to cancel my husband’s appointment. He pick up the phone and hanged up without saying anything. I can’t believe someone from the professional clinic treat the customer that way. I guess they only treat patients who speak Spanish. This Dental clinic should be very shame that they have such a staff who displays racism or/and no patience for people speaks other than the Spanish.

Christina did cleaned great and am happy with the result. My wife and I were satisfied with the services provided. Also, of the 4 dental clinics we have visited and enrolled in San Francisco, WD&O gave us the best option for cost effective dental services. Manager Jojo explained the process very well. In this visit, I rate 5 stars for their services, and for being friendly and professional in their tasks.

Dr. Marcos L. greeted me and made me feel at home. Dental work makes everyone nervous so his approach was refreshing. Dr. Khadijah explained the importance of gum health while showing me an informative video and Angie G. explained all the paperwork to me, effectively and efficiently. Their teamwork handing me off from one specialist to another was seamless. It was a good day at the dentist.

Dentistry at its finest, these guys took such good care of me! I had a deadline to move back home to Chicago and they made it happen for me. Sometimes can get busy, so it’s important to do your best to keep your appointments and try not to cancel so you can get everything done in a timely manner. Jocelyn was very friendly and gentle. I really appreciated that. I also was unsure when my next appointment would be, but Jocelyn was very kind to look it up! Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for Dental services.
