Exactly what I needed in order to get back into Japan during these crazy times. The appointment process was easy. A late change to my flight schedule led to a need to change my appointment, which was handled quickly and professionally. The test was easy, on time and well organized. Friendly staff, clean office, great explanation of the process. And the results were delivered securely and electronically 8 hours earlier than expected. Only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the price. But, in the end it was worth it. I'm back home safe and sound in Japan.

If you need a 24hour COVID-19 test official test result, the "My Doctor Medical Group", is a strong "go-to". The test site in Berkley was easily accessible and the facility was clean. Test results are recognized by major airlines for International Travel as well as many countries. My testing was required for my business trip to South Korea in 03/2021, and I had no issues going through the Customs Process with my Test Results documentation. Highly Recommended!

After searching all over SF for a COVID test that met the travel requirements for Jamaica (and would come back in time for my flight) i decided to pay the extra money and book an appointment my myself and my husband. For the peace of mind it provided it was well worth it! They were so friendly and fast and the space was very clean. Our results were ready the next morning at 7:45 (guaranteed by 9am for an extra $35). Definitely recommend!

We needed special covid test for travel to Tahiti within 72 hours of our flight. The service provided by My Doctor Medical Group was easy to reserve and communication through their online portal was so easy. They are very familiar with tests required by different countries. The test took less than 5 minutes and we got our results earlier than expected. A bit expensive, but you know all the costs before hand and they guarantee timely test results. Very happy with their service.

I had to get a negative COVID-19 test certificate within 3 days of travel and no facility in the Bay Area except for My Doctor Medical Group can promise that. Their appointments fill up fast so plan ahead. I was lucky to get one last appointment on the day before I had to leave and they came through with the test results within 24 hours. The staff on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Justin who administered the testing was very informative and courteous as well. All in all a great experience. Parking is convenient at the basement of the building.

Professional and took up very little time. Their email customer support team is courteous and very patient. I stopped by for a PCR test to move abroad since it was the only place nearby that was open on weekends. This place was the most expensive compared to others, but I really needed the test done, and their website said they had experience handling others going to my destination country. I received the documents I needed, all officially processed on time, and they were perfectly valid when entering the destination country. Big thanks to MDMG.

We used this group for expedited COVID testing, in preparation for a trip to Germany. The experience was really great. The online services made arranging things easy. When we got there, the technician was friendly, professional, and courteous. The sampling went off without a hitch and the results came back very fast. We are delighted with this service.

My Doctor was able to turn around a COVID-19 test + certification the most quickly out of all the options I looked up in SF. Although it was the most costly. They had appointments available throughout the day, even over the weekend. Most other clinics only operate Monday to Friday. And they were able to get test results back the next day, where other testing centers I called were only able to promise results in 2-5 business days. The staff was professional and efficient. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

I went for a test before returning to Japan. The staff's response was very good. Email responses were also very quick. However, if you can't speak English at all...I think it might be a little difficult...
