The weird thing is they have no menu so you just have to ask to see if the have things and I guess be happy with whatever price they happen to charge you. I don't like that for sure. The guy behind the counter was not particularly friendly but the guy who brings your coffee to your table was super friendly and helpful. Coffee was okay.

Con todo respeto, como colombiana conocedora de nuestro café, hoy he probado uno de los más malos cafés de Juan Valdez, un café con leche regular frío, aguado sin el sabor y aroma del café colombiano y ni qué decir de la empanada de pollo, fría y como de ayer. Muy mala experiencia en este sitio.

The Nevados are too sweet, they are not the same as the ones made in Colombia, that means the recipe is not consistent. Also, customer service is not the good.

Mucha fama el nombre, café de calidad apenas regular. La atención al cliente es deficiente. La última vez, en pleno pedido, el empleado atendió una llamada y me dejó hablando solo. En otras ocasiones parece que trabajan de gratis y se les nota en su actitud.
