"Be careful, they have invisible consumption which is illegal. Eight of us called to book a medium room for $69/hour and told the staff that we would stay from 12am to 3am, which they said was okay. However, upon arrival, they presented us with a contract with various regulations, and the contract stated a 15% gratuity, but we were actually charged 18%, which we accepted. What we could not accept was the hidden fee! It is an unauthorized additional charge under the law, which violates consumer protection laws and fraud laws. The contract did not state that the hourly rate would increase to $120 after 2 pm, and no staff member informed us of this. Finally, they told us that we would pay about $330. The employee called the boss, who had a very bad attitude and made personal attacks. We advise everyone not to come to this karaoke place."

My friend comes here for free cause she knows the boss. We came here in a medium room for 3 hrs and charged us 330.....He didn't tell us that the last hr costs us more. The boss is rude... Never saw this past 5 years in bay area...

According to these comments, it seems that this place has different prices (treatments) for different people. Some people have a supreme room 49/hr. But we got 69-120/hr for a medium room. Interesting.

This place is super cool! The staff here was super nice and welcoming , price was reasonable, great drinks, private room! Definitely we will come back soon. Love this place for relaxing after work, such a nice place to hang out with friends and enjoy music!

Their software broke in the middle of our session, we had to wait for at least 20min for it to recover. We asked for discount for the pay back, they didn’t give us but just only extend our session for 30min. Not a great customer service, nor a great hardware/software. Stay away from this place.

Great place for karaoke, good song selections. Excellent customer service. Reasonable price. Will recommend for friends and will be back soon!!!

Came here yesterday with 4 friends and get the free upgrade to supreme room for 49hr so average 10$ each before tax. This is for sure the place to go if you love to sing and drink without bleeding your wallet.

The song system is pretty good, and the staffs r really nice and offers u help anytime. They do have a youtube system now, it’s a lot easier to pick songs!
