I’ve gone to this chipotle so many times and they pretty much always manage to get something wrong out of my order (I understand mistakes but it’s truly every time, maybe 10 times in a row). However today was a new low as I found a live spider in my salad after ordering in store.

Normally never go to this sad excuse for a taqueria. But today my husband asked me to stop by and grab him lunch. I’ve heard the rumors of the skimping but experienced it first hand today. When I got to my husband and asked him his the vinegar sauce always this little his reply was what is that. Not only did they charge me two dollars each. It is a shame. When I asked the girl at the cash register why it was so little she laughed and the black guy with the dreads rolled his eyes and charged me again for it.

Lol as someone who worked at chipotle before, this was disgusting super watery I had to drain my salad alot and look how much water is still there even after draining it I just threw it away it was gross. Do better smh

DO NOT ORDER HERE - This location will give you uber ears orders with nothing but rice and beans — they entirely disregard your order and toppings. Don’t waste your money here!

From my recent experience at this location, I have to say that the entire staff truly impressed me. Despite the temporary unavailability of lettuce and chips, they more than made up for it with their exceptional customer service. One individual who stood out was Rashean, the cashier. Their outstanding skills and attentiveness while ringing up my order made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great dining experience to visit this establishment. The staff's dedication to providing amazing customer service, even when faced with minor setbacks, is truly commendable. It's a testament to their commitment to ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. The next time you're in the mood for delicious food and outstanding service, be sure to give this Chipotle location a try. They are barely stocked with anything. No brown rice, no meat, no chicken, steak, no beans, no corn no sour cream. Am I dreaming. They might as well not even open if they don’t have any food to serve!

After waiting twenty minutes for multiple staff members to ignore me while watching them slowly make the smallest portioned burritos for an online order, literally scraping the bottom of the hot pans for black beans. They were out of multiple essentials — cheese, chips, chicken. The store was filthy with trash and food. I tried to grab the attention of any staff which was not greeted in a welcoming manner, but a “what do you want” Oh? What do I want, a good burrito and a clean store to enjoy it in. I want improvement and retribution for a Chipotle location that is a stain on the integrity of this brand. I want associates that aren’t giving eachother very intimate public displays of affection on the line in front of angry customers. I want that don’t have bloodshot eyes with a thousand mile glare. I want managers that see the areas of improvement and aren’t afraid to have those hard conversations with the team they pay. This experience made my stomach churn and as a former employee, I have several speculations why. I will not be eating at this or any Chipotle again.

Orders are frequently made incorrectly. Unfortunate portion sizes compared to other Chipotle locations. All around disappointing service - would recommend skipping this restaurant.
