This tour was a wonderful experience. The Volkswagen bus was intricately painted with alien pyramids, the Hindu goddess Ganesha, and several animals. We had Kai as our guide and he was very friendly from the beginning. He made a joke about the shared name and I feel he tailored the tour to our group’s interests. Kai’s lovely dog, Kona, was in the back of the van and was remarkably well behaved. We stopped for photos, got details of historic areas of San Francisco, and enjoyed a fantastic soundtrack the whole time. I would highly recommend this tour!

The San Francisco Love Tour is fantastic. This was our third day in the city, and I wish we did it the first day. It is just the best way to get into the spirit of the city! We rode in “Sunshine,” an absolutely gorgeous VW bus painted in a beautiful, vibrant mural covered in iconic SF imagery and history. Our driver Johnny, knew a ton about the city and clearly loves his home. He shared so many fun facts and made really great recommendations for food and cool shops to check out. While in the bus, you feel like a celebrity with tourists and residents waving, throwing peace signs, and taking pictures of the bus and Johnny. They light up when he slows down and gives them a grin. He plays amazing music! This was part of a high school graduation present to our daughter who loves all things retro and she absolutely loved it. Cannot recommend this tour enough and love the joy that this business is spreading with every tour!

It was a great tour! We went all over San Fran, visiting areas we never would have thought to check out. Cyprus (the driver) was great - so personable with tons of knowledge. The vibes on the bus were great and we would recommend to anyone visiting for the first time. I will say it was a bit pricey (~125$ CAD per person) but we would definitely do it again!

OMG!! It was a great tour the van was so comfortable!! it was just 5 of us in the van. We had a great time tour the city...Cyrus was SOOO knowledgeable about everything...OMG!!! This is a MUST do while in SF!! I only wished we would have done it sooner and longer!! FAR OUT!!!

We were only in the city for such a short time so I decided to do this tour. It far exceeded my expectations! Dave was extremely knowledgeable and made the trip even more fun. Best way, by far, to see so much of the city!

This was the perfect experience for our family to see the sights in SF. As a creative person, I loved the vintage vibe and awesome details of the VW bus right down to the shag rug on the floor. The driver/guide Johnny complimented the vibe perfectly as he was not only knowledgeable and personable, he walked the walk and talked the talk. And was funny too. Great conversations on board if you're into it. Highly recommend. Right on man ✌🏻

Had a great time and learned a lot with our tour guide Tara! Such a rad way to start your SF trip, cruising thru the different districts and listening to great music!

We had the best time with Cyrus on our tour. He was funny, full of knowledge and told us a lot about stuff to do and places to eat in San Francisco and he drove down Lombard St with us. Would def recommend the tour, better than Big Bus for sure.
