    James is the most genuine and authentic guy you’ll meet and as a trainer; all he wants to do is see you win! He is true to his words in helping you but you gotta put in that hard work. I worked with him a few times and he definitely makes you push your normal limits because he knows you can do it. He’s the best trainer around because he truly wants you to meet your goals you set. I highly recommend James for personal training 1:1.

    Definitely work side by side with this guy.. I’ve never met a trainer who’s more passionate than James. He really truly care about his clients and is always fully invested to helping them every step of the way. Y’all gotta tap in with him because it’s hard to find genuine trainers/friends like James.. see you at the top mah boy 🔥

    Jfitness helps you with starting and finishing your health or some calls it fitness journey. I joined one of his challenges and it helped me focus on my nutrition needs and I accomplished to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks, also his workouts helped me gain strength. I will be continuing working with him to accomplish my goals. I can say his is the best coach I ever met

    Jfitness925 (aka Coach James) is an amazing Personal Trainer! For more than 6 months I have been driving 30 miles to work with Coach James and he has gone above and beyond my expectations. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable to really help you transform into the person you consider fit. He is also very good at incorporating feedback and your overall goals into your plan. I highly recommend - awesome amount of value for the service he provides.

    Coach James is a great motivator and works hard at helping you achieve your fitness goals. He is your biggest champion when it comes to fitness and training and will guide and help you get on track. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a top notch coach. He's the best in the bay!

    James is the best trainer. His trainings will definitely make you lose weight and toned. The online workout and meal plans were great! Very easy to use and James was very interactive through out.

    I signed up for an 8 week program with Coach James and it was so great to work with him. He made me feel comfortable about getting back into a workout routine after a long hiatus. The MOTIVATION was the best part about it. I went down 2 pant sizes, lost 23lbs, BUT gained confidence in me again. Thank you coach James, I appreciate YOU! I am looking forward to working with you again soon. Highly recommend anyone looking to get your fitness journey jump started or just need motivation, to hit up coach James. You also get the perks of online or in person workouts, meals customized for you and someone to check in with you, hold you accountable but most importantly celebrate your wins with you, no matter how big or small they are.     I don't know how J does it, he's an absolute marvel! J takes his business and workout sessions serious. His professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication has not only motivated me, but those around me outside of the gym. J encourages and motives his clients before, during and after sessions, with no hesitation . J ensures your safety and the sanitization of all equipment is a priority during your session as well. He’s a phenomenal trainer, you definitely be getting what you expected and more during your workout, that is accompanied with you have fun while working out!! J has great energy and knows what he’s talking about!!
