A very good location with enough parking area. Parking charges are minimal as compared to other expensive parking locations in San Francisco. Be prepared to wait a while for lab tests. It takes more time than expected. It's a huge facility and waiting at labs test at this place for an hour or so is really something to think about.

Kaiser is fine if you just need them to ship you medication every few months. As soon as you require actual medical care, especially if it's urgent, you'll be stuck with slow lab results and a phone system that seems incapable of doing anything but messaging your doctor. You'll be suffering for days while waiting for bureaucracy. And since you can only go to Kaiser facilities and pharmacies, expect to pay hundreds for Ubers over the course of several days if you get sick and don't have a car.

Kaiser Permanente Medical Building - Very good medical care. All of the staff from Drs. and Nurses to receptionists are caring and will answer questions. The lab is efficient and you can make a lab appointment or walk-in after your Kaiser MD (or practitioner) lhas placed the order. The pharmacy gets quite crowded sometimes, though. That's why I usually use the mailing program for prescriptions.

Doctors don't care about patients. Appoints are rushed and they never offer to scan or evaluate whats going on. They always just offer any advice that is already available to you online. It's a waste of time and money. This is a continuous issue I've had with Kaiser facilities... It's so disappointing.

Very good experience. You get your doctor appointment, meds and lab work at the same place, all being very organized. If you need a lab test, early mornings are fast too.
