Unlike every other urgent care center I've ever been to, or even a Walgreens or CVS, they do not offer rapid strep tests. I'm in acute pain and they told me I'll just have to wait 24-48 hours for the result and to get prescribed antibiotics. Per the response to this review from Kaiser, I contacted them to share my concerns. Their response came a month later and can be paraphrased as "that's the best we can do, sorry". I'd strongly recommend against using Kaiser for your healthcare.

Came in on a Friday morning and only had a short wait. Everyone was kind and friendly. My doctor was professional and present while he evaluated my symptoms and diagnosed me, and asked me if I had more questions, rather than rushing to get to the next patient. I’m relieved to have been able to get the help that I needed instead of waiting until next week for an appointment.

How can Kaiser be so good at some things and so cheap and terrible at other things? Open 10:30am - 7pm? I what a joke. I’ve got an infected scratch on my eyeball and there is no one in all the Kaiser SF system that can quickly write a script for eye drops.

I have walked in to this wonderful urgent care on 3 occasions since February I didn’t have any appointments I was seen within 15 minutes I think this urgent care is the greatest thing ever !!! The staff is amazing The efficiency is amazing I love knowing that it’s here and I can avoid the emergency department !!!!

Not enough workers working been already sitting here for 4 hours Iam in so much pain I think this is wrong especially if you have insurance
