👍👍 This was a perfect Sunday night meal for a casual date or catch up with friends. The pastas were superb, especially the lobster butter spaghetti. The broccoli was done with amazing light sauce that I’m still thinking about. I don’t like broccoli but I enjoyed it here. The burrata is worth the calor... People often mention pasta, sauce,

The pasta was delicious! You order before you are seated and so the whole dinner experience was quick. Beware though, they bring the food out as it’s ready, so if you are doing family style than it’s great, but if you order 2 dishes for 2 people be ready to maybe have a few mins wait between the two dishes. You can also buy pasta, sauces, and cheeses to go at their mini store inside

Great little pasta shop! No reservations so get there early to grab a seat. You order before you sit so take a look at the menu while you’re waiting. As advertised, their pasta is excellent…Al dente. Vodka sauce was the star but every dish held its own. Fantastic service too.

We were expecting a bit more out of Pasta Supply Co since their pastas are made in house. The texture didn’t make us go “Amazingggg” 😭. However, the prices are fair for what you get. We ordered their mafaldine, and all of its addons, as well as the salt cod raviolo. Don’t forget to try their dessert! It was olive oil ice cream with grapefruit at the time we went.

This was a perfect Sunday night meal for a casual date or catch up with friends. The pastas were superb, especially the lobster butter spaghetti. The broccoli was done with amazing light sauce that I’m still thinking about. I don’t like broccoli but I enjoyed it here. The burrata is worth the calories so get it. The panna cottas were amazing but the one with grapefruit was our favorite. On your way out, be sure to pick up some fresh pasta from the counter!

This is a hidden gem for sure. The pasta was so fresh, and the sauces aren't too heavy. what a delicious meal with great service and at a decent price point!

(+) Meatballs (+) Burrata (+) Mafaldine was my favorite. We didn't add the truffle butter but did add the beef sugo and it was SO delicious. ( ) The bolognese was good but I wish there was more sauce. ( ) I wasn't a huge fan of the canneloni, it was a little funky to me, but my husband really liked it. (+) Service - everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. Note - they do tack on a 15% service fee to the bill but it was also pointed out and there was minimal pressure to tip another 20% on top of it. (+) Ambience was super cute, loved seeing all of the pastas in the window and watching them get to make it too. Would definitely go again.

My first visit was 2 weeks ago - I had a perfectly delicious pasta with lamb! It didn't look that impressive, but the pasta was toothsome, the sauce was flavorful, and the lamb was 🤌🏼 That dish made me so eager to come back and try more things!!! Tonight I tried: Pan'terra bread w crushed tomato pulp - they failed to mention the exorbitant amount of raw garlic in it, WOW it was surprisingly spicy. I love garlic, but this was too too much! Otherwise, the tomato sauce was pretty tasty. The pieces of bread were like large croutons, and the pieces on top were overly salty from the salt flake sprinkles. I might be interested in trying it with burrata next time. Salted cod ravioli - although the pasta was a little dry/hard/undercooked, the filling was amazing! So good that my friend bought a package of these to cook at home! Lobster butter spaghetti - we were told it was brought back to the menu by popular demand... But after tasting it, we weren't sure why. The spaghetti was cooked to perfection, but I had to add a lot of Parmesan to bring out the flavor of the sauce.

By far the BEST place for pasta in the city. Friendly staff, amazing dishes, and great atmosphere. The menu is short + simple which usually means you can’t go wrong with any choice, which turned out to be the case for us. Loved seeing the pasta being made fresh in the back which added to the experience and made me want to come back to try the takeout for a lazy day in. Now for the food - the Mafaldine with Smokey Pork Sugo was our favorite out of the 5 menu items we ordered. Something about the chubby noodle texture made it so enjoyable to eat with the saucy pork. It was followed closely by the House Greens salad and Chocolate Panna Cotta. Don’t skip the Panna Cotta! It is creamy and topped with a slightly bitter earl grey cream and crunchy chocolate crisp and caramel that is to die for. Dessert perfection. Can’t wait to come back and try the take home pasta!

Really tasty food and loved the liveliness of the restaurant! We got the mafaldine with beef cheek and mushroom sudo and the house green salad with chopped jammy eggs. You order before sitting down, there was a 30 min wait on Saturday for dinner. Service was speedy, we were seated right in front of the kitchen so we could watch them cook. The salad was perfectly tart and a little sweet - very fragrant lemon oil and the portion size was perfect for 2 people sharing. The mafaldine was luxurious and beef cheek was fall apart tender - there were whole mushrooms in the sauce. Service was great and speedy. Overall would recommend for a casual but still upscale dinner spot. Prices were really reasonable, and you could purchase fresh pastas and cheeses to go at the counter as well.

Got pasta and basil pesto to go. Beautiful display with a ton of options. As I was paying, a woman behind the counter gave me some much needed tips on how to cook the pasta. It was raining so hard on my walk home that the paper bag broke and my food went straight into a huge puddle. Still ate what I could of it and it was so yummy!!! Will definitely be back.
