Terrible place. Very RUDE. I walked in and I didn't get a Hello. I didn't get asked what the medical problem was. All they wanted was to know what kind of insurance I had. And I gave them the card and they sent me away. I have San Francisco Health insurance. Everywhere I have went it is taken. The people here are NOT Medical personnel..They are Capitalists. All they care about is money.... I would rather be sick than ever go here again.

I called to schedule an appointment and they put me on hold for six minutes then asked if I had medical and when I said no they told me they couldn’t help me. No medical no appointment.

They have no idea what's going on, the desk staff don't even know what services they offer. I was assigned this clinic as my PCP by my insurance and they are absolutely infuriating. Worth being on hold with my insurance for hours to get a new PCP and not have to deal with them any more.

Worst service & experience like I never had before, if you have the opportunity to go to another clinic do it, DO NOT come to this one.

Don't go to this place if you have other option. Among many complaints like difficulties communicating with the desk staff through the phone (I don't know if it is their phone quality or the desk staffs are having difficulties speaking English, I could never understand what they are saying, and they never understand what I am saying), they do not follow up on tests results that they ordered, and they do not call you if the practitioner wanted to see you.
