    Unpleasant salesperson who treated me completely differently from the customer before me. The salesperson treated the white lady in front of me in an entirely different manner than how she treated me. We were both returning an online purchase that was both in a box it was shipped in. To the white woman in front she took the box, unwrapped the product, made small talk, and asked how she wanted her return. She even took the box the customer had brought in and offered to toss it for her. The salesperson even walked out from behind the cashier to hand the receipt and her credit card personally to her. Then it was my turn. The salesperson didn't say a word. Waited for me to open the box and hand her the receipt. Did not ask me how I wanted to my return so I told her I wanted a giftcard. She walked behind the counter to process the return. She then just placed the receipt and giftcard on the counter without saying a word. There was no offer to toss the box I brought in. I was shocked at how different her demeanor was. What could I have possibly done to offend her when I walked in with the first customer together? Was it because I was Asian? Truly unpleasant return experience.

    Very beautiful place for just to know. Great and expensive brands you can to find here. But you don’t see a lot of attendants in the store.

    Very ignorant and arrogant people work there., Included store manager. I spend good amount of money there yet they give me wrong product. There customer service quality, just like Walmart .

    Returning online purchases is a nightmare here. Every time we try to return something here, it takes 20+ minutes. Big waste of time. If I did not like the store, I would have given 1 stars for my experience.

    Fantastic for someone. but casual wear better across this position. They are responding to my visit with too much attention in finding a restroom at the fifth floor. I feel awkward to just visit.

    I understand the 1-2 star reviews but had a generally good experience here. You need to know how to deal with people who work the floor at high end stores and if you do, they can be quite charming. I want to give a shout out to Bernard in Men's who was fantastic in helping me purchase a couple of items (but left the tags on my items.. whoops) but also to Romina who particularly went above and beyond to help me when I had to return to the store due to the aforementioned tags being left on items (this is the only reason I knock a star off – at this level of store, it's a faux pas to have a customer need to return over such a matter). The selection in this store in good, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff.. they're nothing less than charming if you know how to engage with them.

    Sak's should be embarrassed that I get better online service and phone help from Walmart, than they provide. Firstly, it took about 3 weeks for an item to arrive that was supposed to arrive in 3-4 days. And now, I continue to wait 2+ weeks for a refund. Oh Sak's, how you have fallen.

    I wish there’s zero or minus star option. This business lacks integrity. I purchased a dress from Saks Fifth Avenue online on 11/25/2022 at full price with tax, which is $213.30 in total (order #300680776), and it came with free e-gift card with $75 credits with expiration date on 12/18/2022. I didn't use the gift card at all, because I knew I would return the dress. Saks received my return and sent me email confirmation on 12/9/2022 saying I will receive full refund $213.30, as Saks has return policy that I can get full refund if I return the order within 30 days of delivery. I didn't use the gift card at all, but the balance of the gift card went to zero itself on 12/18/2022 due to its expiration. Saks only refunded me $138.30 on 12/21/2022, claiming that I used the gift card on 12/18/2022, which is not true at all, and they refused to refund me back the remaining $75. Disputing the charge didn’t work, because Saks kept editing their information lying claiming that I used the gift card, and Amex is not helpful in this at all. Reported this case to BBB.

    Worst customer service ever! I never received the item I purchased online! After multiple calls to the customer service and about 10 days, they just sent me an email saying that they can't even refund me for the lost item! The most disrespectful and unhelpful customer service I have ever seen! They just told me that the item was delivered and probably got stolen! Unbelievable! This was the worst online shopping experience that I ever had and will never buy anything from Saks again because in these situations there's no customer service!

    Deceitful business. I never received my item and the customer service representative lied they would issue the refund. Later I found out they denied my refund claim and the customer service refuses to help. Will never shop with Saks anymore. You can expect to receive no help if there is any issue with your online order.
