Osmanthus Dim Sum Lounge is a true gem in Chinatown that delivers an exceptional dim sum experience! Upon entering, the warm welcome and efficient service made us feel right at home. Although they asked for a reservation, we were seated without any hassle. Now, let's talk about the food—oh, the food! Every dish we ordered was a flavor sensation, showcasing the finest flavors of authentic dim sum. But the star of the show, without a doubt, was the Siu Mai. I found myself utterly captivated by its delectable taste, so much so that I had to order one more! If you're craving top-notch dim sum in town, this is the place to go. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience. Five stars for their scrumptious offerings!

Very busy place. Service is prompt and very helpful. Place is big and bathrooms are nice. Food on the other hand is decent but not to our liking and dimsums weren't really authentic. It felt like a very hypped place, not something we would come back to though. Our friends who live in the city suggested it i guess cause they also have cocktails/drinks they were keen to have otherwise wouldn't have been our primary choice but a cool experience nonetheless!

Fantastic dim sum, and a lovely spot for a nice late afternoon bit of relaxation. Very accommodating! I stopped by with my dog and grabbed a seat out on the patio. The staff offered him water and we're very welcoming! Service was quick and wonderful, food was excellent and exactly what I needed. Prices were very fair as well. Been on a long road trip and I needed some dim sum in my belly, been craving it since I left Seattle! Ordered quite a bit for just me, with the intention of taking leftovers with me. 10/10 taste and quality, service and atmosphere. I will be sure to come back when I'm in SF again!! Thank you!!

solid dim sum spot in chinatown serving all the standard dim sum fare. would come back! highlights were: - chicken wings: surprising some of the best i’ve had in the city. great sweet sauce and perfectly crispy. - garlic noodles were great as well and offered a nice almost crunchy texture. - cheung fun: tasty noodles and always a fan favorite. - chicken feet: better than most other dim sum spots. great flavor.

Absolute gorgeous dim sum place I’ve ever been to. Not only is their food delicious, their staff is extremely sweet, knowledgeable. Their staff also suggests dishes based on the customer’s taste palette 🎨. When at the table, you will be given pencils and menu cards to tick your choice of dishes. We ordered their shrimp and chive dumplings to start with and then went for their pan fried mushroom bun and pan fried noodle (we took chicken instead of beef and pork). I wasn’t a fan of the mushroom buns but the pan fried noodles and the bun tasted exceptionally good and tasteful. I could get a hint of every ingredient added to the dish. 10 stars to Osmanthus 😇

This dim sum restaurant is much better than all dim sum restaurants on Jackson Street. Freshly made and delicious. The restaurant is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly.

Osmanthus Dim Sum Lounge in San Francisco offers a delightful dining experience that harmoniously blends tradition with modernity. The Mongolian beef is a standout, with its robust flavors and tender meat that melts in your mouth. Complementing this are the spring rolls – crispy on the outside, filled with a perfectly seasoned medley on the inside. Not to be overlooked, the vegetable lo mein is both flavorful and refreshingly light, a testament to the kitchen's knack for balancing taste and texture. A visit to Osmanthus is a journey through authentic Chinese cuisine with a contemporary twist. Highly recommended for both dim sum enthusiasts and culinary explorers alike.

The food here is insanely good. In my opinion, both of the chow Lo mein and the garlic noodles are some of the best. They are both well seasoned dishes that are served in large portions. I also love loved the pork spring rolls that they served here. It was just made so well. The dumplings are okay, but everything else is better.

Leaving this as a PSA for every diner here. Came to this place based on amazing reviews for great dim sum. Grew suspicious when the shumai came unusually soft and dug into it to find raw shrimp and pork. Same thing happened to two other dishes and we were done. They offered to replace but still proceeded to charge us for everything on the table that we barely touched. Beware eating here.
