I came here for my birthday in August. I knew it was going to be overpriced and I was expecting that. Ultimately it’s just not worth it. I used to karaoke every week when I lived in Japan for $8 an hour per person. I wasn’t expecting Japan quality but my biggest issue was how complicated the system was to look up songs. You had to know every title word for word or generically search up the artist. It wasn’t intuitive at all. Overall we had a good time, but for the price, I would not go back. There are much more authentic, smaller karaoke places in SF that may seem scary but are actually much better then this. Also more affordable! I wanted to try it because I had a big group of friends who had never done private karaoke before and happy I did so now I know. If you’re an experienced karaoke goer or don’t mind going off the beaten path, don’t bother with this one. If Pandora can invest in a better system with iPads so you don’t have to stand at the wall to pick your songs (like c’mon, standard in ever Japanese karaoke room) then I would consider it worth the current price.

Walked in at 11pm on a Monday and sang karaoke with 4 of the drunkest strangers ive ever met for 2 straight hours. KJ killed it as the host. Super fun, super friendly, super drunk.

This is a well run karaoke bar. Their public system promotes new singers who are looking for a chance to sing. Also it's a Karafun fueled karaoke setup so that's the library of music available. I felt the crowd was a diverse mix of people which was refreshing.

We rented a private room and found out that there is an extra charge on drinks if you order from the room. Order directly from the bar!

We got a private room and ordered bottle service. The tequila was switched out for something low quality and the juices were cheap. Song selection is limited. The staff were attentive that’s why 2 stars.

My boyfriend and I are always having such a great time at this place!!! We’ve had experience renting a private room for just two of us and even though it’s a bit of a pricey, but very fun private karaoke experience (especially if you have a stage fright problem, haha). But our favorite part about this place is actually nightly open karaoke time and grabbing a drink there at the bar. The staff is absolutely incredible there. They’re fun, professional, and just super cool human beings. Special shout outs go to dj Andy, Amy at the front desk downstairs, bartender Jessica, the security guys, as well as everybody else who makes this place such a special one. We keep coming back and strongly recommend you to check it out too!!

Absolutely awesome. This place was the best surprise event after a long hard week. Best release ever. If you want commited Karaoke Jockeys, professional and friendly security guards, and a fun but oh so random vibe... this is the place to be. Great drink variety. Top shelf and mixed drinks. The place is full of love. Bryce escorted the disorderly people out with kindness but handled things quickly. Taylor the bartender was hilarious and served drinks fast. She made sure people that were at their limit did not continue drinking and stopped them from being disrespectful to women. She prevented issues and communicated to the security guards. Music was eclectic. The KJ was an artist... he turned up the mic on quieter voices and sang along during choruses. He knew all the songs! Lorenzo greated us at the end of the night and we felt welcome. I was having a tough night a Bryce saw I was sad and checked in. Overall, id definitely recommend this place and come back.

BEST Karaoke bar in SF! Upstairs is open to the public(no cover) and the downstairs has a bunch of fun themed private rooms. Staff and prices are good as well!

I didn't eat any food and not sure if they serve food but the drinks were fine. Our host was amazing. They had a variety of music but not all the songs I was looking for. It was definitely a vibe

This place was absolutely horrible. I understand wanting to make money but they charge for literally everything including chargers. The staff was extremely rude and they ruined my best friends birthday. Continued telling us they would return our alcohol to us and not charge us a corkage fee and then threw our alcohol away. I asked for the managers number because honestly I want a refund. They gave me a card with just the event email on it. It’s not about the corkage or the alcohol but honestly they were so rude and my friend started crying on her birthday.

Pandora Karaoke bar is a dope spot for singing or attempting to sing, whichever your preference. The place has two levels, one a public karaoke space, free for all to enjoy and another downstairs space, full of private rooms for personal parties. The downstairs rooms all have different themes, which I thought was really cool. I'm not sure what the pricing is per hour, but after like 3-4 hours between about 15 people we each put in $15 for the room. It held all of us comfortably. My beefs with Pandora are the people who patronized the public space were kind of uppity... And the sound system in the private rooms were sub par. Overall, not a bad place to spend some time with friends. I'd go again.

Five stars, but I feel like a 4.5. Super friendly, the bartenders and public DJ were all great and the atmosphere was excellent. My only issue was the 22% in additional fees they charge on the private rooms for no apparent reason which I felt pretty blindsided by at the end of the evening.

Great staff and nice venue, but all of the extra fees, including +4% when using a credit card, are going to keep me from coming back again or recommending to others.

I tried to bring a bunch of boba (6) for an ABG birthday party where we had a room. Despite their being sealed/unopened, door-man made me put them back in my car because they might contain alcohol.... Use your head man do you think I have a paper sealer at home to save cash on drinks? In our poorly ventilated basement room, the lights have no dimmer. So it's super dark and then when service comes in, lights full blast which really disrupts the mood. We were accused twice of drinking alcohol that we did not bring in (it was the soft drink that they provided). Guys chill the f out in possibly risking losing $100. If you have a room that is completely hammered, but only spent a small amount on alcohol, then figure it out at that point. Pandora used to be really great when it was by the Eddy police station. This place has morphed into another super commercialized SF yuppy spot. Go to a nice Korean-owned spot instead where you aren't treated like riff raff. Go to K-Net or Do Rae Mi instead.

I love this spot! I wish they had a book or iPad list with the songs for people to choose from upstairs. I’ve been here a few times and the crowd upstairs has consistently been full of good supportive vibes for the singers. Come with a few songs ready to ask for because you may not be able to peruse a list. When we came in we were welcomed by the bartender, the bouncer and the DJ. This is more of an American style karaoke bar than a traditional Japanese or Korean style place, but they do have rooms for rent. The prices are a bit high so we usually just stay upstairs. $6 beers are not bad for SF! Overall this is a great spot if you want to pop in and watch other people sing. Most are not wearing masks but they do require vac cards at the door.

Amazing dj, free kareoke. Amazing crowd, good security. All out good vibes that could be even found on a Sunday evening to rest of the weekend.

At the time they were hosting a large party of apparently 70+, but instead of keeping us out they aksed and fit us in with our own room- very nice of them. Wish they had a larger song selection, but they had everything needed for a great time. Neat drinks, classy upstairs, and great private rooms downstairs.

The guy taking care of the karaoke is direct but nice. And he really looks like Julian from trailer park boys There was a single person serving a crowded bar. The bar should hire more people

So much fun! Pretty and fun decor, friendly bartenders, the DJ is super friendly and encouraging, as was the whole crowd! Just an overall great place and a great time.

Pandora has the best song selection of the three karaoke bars I've been to in the city. The KEX Karaoke mobile app kind of works: I was able to browse songs from my phone, but I wasn't able to add them to the queue for our private room -- I had to use the one kiosk for that. Drinks are fairly competitively priced and decent quality for a karaoke bar.

For my birthday I had originally reserved a room at a different karaoke bar a few blocks away, and they totally no-showed our group. Thankfully we were able to find Pandora was close by. It was a weeknight so not busy, and we were able to get a private room for 2 hours for the price of 1 at the other place. Jamie was super attentive and kept our room stocked with ice water and adjusted audio levels when we needed a little help. Song selection skews towards more current and a solid non-English selection but we were still able to find most of the songs we wanted. Jamie and Pandora saved the night and we had the best time!

Perfect place for a party. If you're a small group or with a date, the lounge is electric! The rooms are good too, and I'd recommend getting bottle service. I was there on 2 different occasions and had fun both times. The hangover the next day was the exclamation mark!! Haha. You know you had a good time if you remember the fun AND had a hangover.

Umm, imagine dragons should not be on the same level as Madona. What has happened to society?! Also just an overpriced place. Fun, but $$

It was a good time for a 15 person room. Song selection was a bit inconvenient as the screen is attached to the wall. One of our mics ran out of power, but we easily changed it out at the service bar. No Disney music. Buckets of beer are good value but bottles are pricey.

Nothing better than closing out a Friday night singing Fun's "we are young" with your friends. The touchscreen song choosing system is great. Champagne bottles are reasonably priced.

A great karaoke bar that has private rooms available. The private rooms range in size and can fit small to large groups. The prices are reasonable and there is a large selection of songs. This is a great place if you are looking for a private karaoke session with friends.

The Bartender Jorudan was the best singer! Singing, taking orders, popping bottles without missing a beat! Will come back

The rooms are great but the play list leaves a lot to be desired. Plus the input system was difficult to use. Still, we had a great time here and they have bottle service so that's exciting.

I went to this place last saturday. It was so much fun, the dj has all the latest music you want to sing, good people and good atmosphere. I made some friends. You have to go early.

The staff is wonderful, very friendly, and the price is right if you dont want to break the bank. I've been here twice and rented private rooms both times. Once before the pandemic and recently. The playlist and options to search for songs/artists is very limited. I was hoping they would have changed their software but they didn't. The space bar on the keyboard doesn't work which limits the searches to just one word. I told the front desk person as we were checking out and they said they can do a reset of their software if we would've asked but I'm hesitant to believe this since it happened both times I've visited the spot. Plus the same thing happened when we tried using our phones to search. I wish that if resetting the software was the issue that they do it with each new party using the private rooms from the beginning.

It saved our NYE, I have sang here before in June, had a great time, came up to the city for a NYE party at Mark Hopkins InterContinental hotel it sucked Nuff Said. You know you are remembered when the doorman calls you by name! I truly wish we had a club like this in Santa Cruz County. Well received as a performer, had some great talent, and the KJ was very good! My friend and I said this should be our place to be every New Years Eve! Thank you for saving our night Jimy Smooth!

Great karaoke club. Downside is they use microphones which cut out in the middle of your song. They need to get professional equipment so that doesn’t happen anymore

Pretty low-key karaoke bar. It was the right amount of packed for a Saturday night. Cocktails are pretty good. Great place to hangout with friends.

Rooms are a little small but the play lists are much better than many others that only have Chinese songs. Bar and drinks is PAINFULLY SLOW. Get drink before you come. Or else waste half your time waiting on drinks. 😕

Fun environment, good pricing. A good quarter of our songs had the lyrics not synced at all with the music though, enough so that we had to skip those songs unless we knew all the words.
