I
would
recommend
this
hotel
to
anyone
looking
to
stay
in
San
Francisco
on
a
budget.
Despite
being
in
a
somewhat
bad
area,
you
can
expect
a
similar
quality
of
service
as
with
any
other
Hampton
Inn
or
comparable
hotel
chain.
I
would
also
applaud
the
hotel
and
their
staff
at
their
commitment
to
the
safety
and
security
of
their
guests.
Both
hotel
entrances
require
a
key
card
to
enter,
with
security
personnel
stationed
at
the
front
entrance
to
monitor
the
doors
as
well
as
let
in
guests
checking
in.
Keycards
are
also
required
to
access
guest
room
floors
using
the
elevator.
Though
I
felt
unsafe
navigating
some
streets
at
night,
I
felt
very
secure
inside
the
hotel,
as
these
measures
greatly
protect
the
safety
of
all
occupants.
If
you're
a
pedestrian
traveler,
I
would
be
sure
to
implement
the
following
safety
measures
to
protect
your
safety:
-
Be
aware
of
your
surroundings.
-
Walk
confidently
and
appear
comfortable
on
the
streets.
-
Try
to
limit
travel
on
streets
to
well-lit
and
traveled
streets,
and
limit
travel
at
night.
-
Do
your
best
to
limit
travel
in
the
area
to
between
the
hotel
and
underground
BART/MUNI
station
6
minutes
away.
The
station
is
clean,
well-lit,
and
well-protected
by
local
law
enforcement
personnel.
-
Don't
carry
expensive
jewelry
or
other
expensive
items
with
you
on
the
street.
Limit
usage
of
mobile
devices
if
possible.
-
Despite
the
high
quality
of
service
at
the
hotel,
keep
the
deadbolt
and
physical
lock
enabled
at
all
times
while
inside
your
room
for
added
security
and
peace
of
mind.
I
once
stayed
at
a
Holiday
Inn
with
family
in
a
good
area,
and
a
mentally
unstable
man
gained
access
to
a
master
keycard.
The
only
thing
keeping
him
outside
our
room
was
the
physical
security
lock.
If
you
implement
these
best-practice
safety
measures
for
the
duration
of
your
stay,
you
will
be
sure
to
have
a
safe
and
enjoyable
experience
in
the
San
Francisco
Bay
area.
Happy
travels!
