old,
stayed
at
this
hotel
for
4
nights.
The
hotel
is
very
nice,
clean,
and
has
its
own
history.
However,
two
individuals
left
a
very
unpleasant
impression
on
me
regarding
the
service
and
the
attitude
towards
the
hotel
guests.
When
you
are
in
a
foreign
city,
it
is
important
to
have
a
place
where
you
can
return,
sleep,
and
eat
comfortably.
But
here,
every
day
I
experienced
arrogance,
disrespect,
and
ignorance
from
the
reception
staff.
Their
names
are
JASON
IE
and
TONY.
I
still
can't
understand
how
to
describe
their
attitude
towards
the
hotel
guests
because
I
noticed
that
they
behaved
this
way
not
only
with
me
but
also
with
others
in
the
following
days.
They
was
absolutely
not
family
friendly
