I recently saw a concert here and was blown away. The venue is incredibly intimate and you can get right up to the stage. The acoustics are pretty good as well, although it can be a little bass heavy. I can’t wait to see the next show here. This might be my favorite venue in the city.

Great venue with amazing acts and wonderful staff. Free water and cups were provided at the bar to keep people hydrated and the pre concert music selection was the best I've ever heard. That being said , the venue setup is very "small venue"-esque. There was no air circulation, and as someone that was close to the stage (opposite of the entry stairs), that made it slightly hard to breathe at times, and my chest felt tight. Then again, the show I was at was sold out , so this was the situation for the maximum number of people. I also noticed there was no way to exit the front of the crowd without weaving your way to the back. There were booths and seating though, which did help. All in all , a great venue that I would happily go back to! But j recommend you be prepared for a crowded situation if there's a sold out show - there won't be a lot of breathing room left over.

I went here to see 2 great indie bands. The room was comfortably lit, clean, and just the right temperature even when full. I felt safe. 15ish tables in the back of the room, standing room for about 100 closer to the stage. The best part was the sound--crisp and clear and loud enough to feel but not deafening; could clearly hear all parts and vocals and not just the drums.

Cool atmosphere. However the bartender couldn't give me any water whatsoever, and they wouldn't let people under 21 back in if they went out to get fresh air

Small music venue that seems to host indie rock and similar bands. Saw The Crocodiles (supported by MUTT). Good show, good sound good choice of drinks. Very quiet on a Sunday evening - maybe 100 people. I think it would be VERY crowded if they were at capacity of 320.

The place is cute and all but the bartender ladies have some serious attitude problems. not exactly inspired to buy drinks from them

We saw the Jungle Giants here on a Sunday night -- such a great show. The venue had a quaint exterior and a cool bar. Pretty much all you need for a good night out.

The sound system is shouty and tinny. The ventilation is asthmatic, which isn't great in a pandemic. Compared to the Swedish-American hall upstairs this is a big step down (pun intended). Pros: tickets are cheap, and the shows start on time.

Super cute and small! Very intimate for a show. Didn’t drink or eat anything. But the venue was hot

Small venue, decent sound system, drink selection was limited to 10 beers, one restroom in the back, Audio acoustics were not as good in the back. Had a great time with friends nonetheless, it’s a good spot for seeing indie bands that are unknown.

Awesome venue and vibe if it's at 60-70% capacity. Lots of places to move around and restrooms were very clean

This is an interesting venue. As a musician, I like playing here, but can not support the live Nation take over. The staff was nice and it's a nice place.

Thought this was a decent venue, but they are literally stealing from bands who play here. No venue deserves a cut of band merchandise sales! You should be ashamed for operating so unethically. If you can't afford to run a venue without fleecing the artists who play there, please raise your ticket prices instead. Do the right thing.

After reading such great reviews about the food and cocktails, had my expectations set high but left disappointed. All of the items tasted like mediocre gastropub food, forgotten as soon as you finished. The cocktails felt rushed and uneven. Great place for music but would not get yourself excited about the food.

I went to the place for Ichiko Aoba. The floor setup, the stage, etc are small but compact and nice. The location, surroundings, place itself, I'd like to call this spot a fine place to enjoy music.

Saw a concert here - terrible sound engineering with frequent mic peaking and difficulty hearing the singers while standing in the front row, and when i moved farther back and to the side. They do not allow outside water (even sealed bottles), and charge $6.5 for a bottle — approximately half the price of the concert ticket. They also would not give me a cup to split my friend’s purchased water with her. Do not come here to enjoy music quality, and drink lots of water beforehand if you must come by. Gave the venue one star because the lighting was great, and the bathrooms were clean. Furthermore- there are no in and out privileges for those under 21. This is NOT listed under the age restrictions part of the FAQ on the site, and they wont let you in and out for any reason, including for some fresh air as mentioned by another commenter.

Cool venue, sound is good. The stage is a bit narrow but they do a lot with it so sold out shows are tough for shortys. I like the vibe in there, you can catch some amazing artists here.
