I sailed on the Premier Brunch cruise. It was relaxing. The musician on board had soul on that piano. The only part of this cruise that was a No for me was the brunch is self serve so hundreds of ppl are touching the utensils for serving. I rushed the line when it opened to be the first one and after that I never went back in the line for seconds. I was DONE. But on the other hand the wait staff was excellent and the mimosas kept coming 👌. The views were amazing. I even saw a whale 🐋.

There was a lot of waiting, and they had no control, the people who were in line at the back were getting in front of them and no one controlled that.

Hornblower Cruises are the best way to witness the SF skyline from the bay. The boat ride is around 2 hours with some amazing views of the SF Skyline, the Pier, Port of San Francisco, Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. Special thanks to the whole crew for such an amazing experience.

Did the Social Sunday cruise. Amazing views. The weather was perfect. Boat had a great crew. Clean bathrooms. Had so much fun. The DJ was top notch. The food was just ok (quick bites/nothing spectacular). Just eat before you go. This was one of the highlights of my trip to San Francisco. If you are in the area a Hornblower boat tour cruise is a MUST!

Very enjoyable tour with the crew and staff being very accommodating, friendly, and helpful, along with the keyboard player who was very good. Been the area for decades so it was interesting to see the bay and SF from the water side. The boat was fine though showing her age in places.

Beautiful views of the Bay and bridges. The food and service was great. This is definitely worth the money to experience.

Theft on cruise!!! We just got home from their night cruise and I’m realizing my sun glasses are not in my bag anymore. I left my bag on my chair to enjoy the dance floor after dinner. That was the only item that was visible from the top. My phone, wallet and keys were much deeper inside my bag. I disappointed that the cruise members are not trust worthy enough to enjoy this expensive experience. UPDATE: It’s been a month and after providing all the information the owner has asked me here in the reply, there is complete silence from them. I’ve emailed again inquiring what they have done about it but haven’t heard back from anyone. They need to hire honest workers and install cameras in their dining area where they expect people to relax and enjoy, so in such an event the evidence can speak for itself!!

I went on a lunch cruise with my mother and it was a blast. The Hornblower staff were courteous and professional, and the food was pretty darn good. The items at the buffet were nice and fresh and didn't sit out too long before we were able to eat. The cocktails were a fairly reasonable $12 and although I didn't see it mentioned anywhere, the first glass of sparkling wine was on the house. All in all, the buffet was a modest affair with two kinds of salad (the Caesar was very nice), three side dishes, and two main courses. Two kinds of cookies and 5 kinds of cake provided the dessert table. Their coffee was surprisingly good, to boot. And, finally, though I can't say you will have the same experience I did, I would like to give a warm shout out to Jarrod and Ashley, who were seated next to us and engaged us in lively conversation for the whole trip.

Went for the Saturday Brunch Cruise, boarding was seamless and the servers had fulfilled the bottomless mimosas. Food was decent but nothing spectacular, just enough to eat to your fill and soak-in the amazing views along the cruise.

It used to be call hornblower. After the pandemic period, this company is slowly growing back up again. They have reactivating many good programs from their company. It is best to check out their website to see most enjoyable programs they have during the summer and fall seasons. I was very fortunate to participate few of their programs such as High school graduation party, Sunday brunch cruise, Alive after five, And some Hispanic Weekend Dancing party events. I had post many beautiful nighttime Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco Pier photo in the past from my other cell phone. I will post more new photo from my new cell phone in the up coming events.😊✌️

Spectacular 50th birthday celebration! Thanks to all the staff members especially Cory my event manager and Isabella my party coordinator who worked so hard on this for me. Cory was so funny throughout the night. I'm already thinking about my next visit so I can see everything in the daytime. I would love to be on another cruise with Cory. The food was delicious and all of my guests have been telling me they had a blast. I highly recommend City Cruises in San Francisco.😁

I really enjoyed going on a company cruise with this operator. Dinner, dancing, and fantastic views of the Bay Area are included. The food was pretty good, if not restaurant quality. There was a wedding on board our trip, so that kind of occupied the dance floor and also created some awkward moments with people trying to get photos. The views from the front of the boat are amazing - the bay bridges, Alcatraz, the cities of SF and Oakland, etc.

We had a fabulous dinner cruise with city experiences. From beginning of planning, pricing and food and beverages, Nick worked side-by-side with us for small group event (110 seats). He helped to create a unique package that’s suitable for our team. On cruise, Reggie, the event coordinator and cruise staff members were friendly, food, cocktails, mocktails, deserts are super yummy & tasty. As the weather was beautiful on that evening, all of us went home with a WOW! Great experience! Highly recommended

Went for a Halloween cruise. There wasn’t nearly enough bartenders for the amount of people onboard. 8 bartenders for 1500 people. The drinks were real expensive, 15$ for a basic mixed drink and 9$ for a beer. Wasn’t able to bring an item of my costume onboard because it was deemed “too hard of plastic“ was told by the crew they would have it for me to pick up after the cruise but that was a lie. It was nowhere to be found. Overall a subpar experience.

Had an amazing time last night on the cruise. It was truly an awesome view and great experience. I would recommend it to anyone...

We took the Spirit Dinner Cruise this past Thursday, the end of Day 1 for a Nursing Conference. The Husband, our Friends and I had so much fun. While in line to get on board, we learned there were four different boats sailing 30 minutes apart. Some of our Friends got seasick for a little bit only. So, take some meds with you if you are highly sensitive to this issue. The boat we were in was older but nonetheless, the Staff were great. Making sure we were safe the whole time and we enjoyed our dinner experience always checking up on all the guests. It was a three hour cruise and it went by quick. Having lived in The City, I am proud to say the views will never disappoint. Soak it all in and take memorable photos. Moving on to the dinner. We had the veggie option that came with our package and we enjoyed it. Let the pic speak for itself. We paid through our conference so I cannot comment on the pricing as it probably was at a discounted rate . I will however say. We were informed water coffee and tea were included but 300 Nurses found out soon enough that was not the case. Anyone wanting anything other than water paid for their drinks. There was dancing after dinner and we all had fun. The DJ however was just getting the feel of his crowd when we were about to arrive. The four stars like my other reviews is for the first experience on this particular cruise.

We went last night and never left the pier, they did not warn us that we would not do the tour and they left us there waiting all night, very bad experience, I do not recommend it, and without refund of the tickets
