My hubby and I came here for dinner on NYE before our speakeasy yacht cruise and it was our first time trying this restaurant. I really like the atmosphere and the service was phenomenal. The food was pretty good and the cappuccino was amazing! Great experience overall.

Drinks, appetizers, and dishes were scrumptious! The milk bread with honey butter was to die for. A must. We also got the goat cheese dip and halibut ceviche for appetizers and everything was amazing. Salmon, duck breast, and lobster cacio e pepe pictured.

It was nice. Service was very slow and distracted. The burrata salad was weird with the chili sauce so we sent it back and had it with oil and vinegar which may be predictable but also so delicious. The heirloom tomato and nectarine were amazing! The fired chicken was OK. Not sure what the fuss was all about. The mashed potatoes were a bucket of butter with potatoes. The halibut was perfectly paired with the sweet peas and beautifully presented. Overall the price point didn’t match the experience.

Delicious food well-prepared, good drinks, happy to accommodate allergy modifications. The decor nice but starting to be a little dated/boring.

Good place. Great staff and excellent food. Stopped in for a quick bite and drinks with colleagues and the place was busy but staff was attentive. Bar guys didn't like the crowding around their delivery station but barring the scowls the evening went nice

4.5 :) but I'd round up. Had an amazing dinner. Was able to find a same day reservation for a weekday. The soft shell crab and hummus stood out. Very flavourful and cooked just right. The Salmon was good but not exceptional. Cocktails are recommended. Chocolate Parfait was heavy but so yummy!

Prospect offers a fine dining experience. 5 stars for ambiance 5 stars for food 5 stars for service I went to Prospect to celebrate a birthday at Prospect. What a great choice! The interior is lovely wood with modern clean lines. It felt spacious. In the main room there is a wall with velvet, a nice soothing pale green with floral patterns on it. When my party arrived, we were quickly seated in a booth. Spacious seating for our small group. The wait staff appeared promptly in case we wanted to order cocktails. There is a fine wine menu but I opted to get a non-alcoholic drink: the Prospect Cooler, a mix of juice and syrups. Very light but refreshing. The food menu has a good variety in case you feel like a light bite, want to share plates or want a full meal. There are vegetarian bites as well as one veggie focus d entree. I liked the variety of choices for the main because if I wanted vegetable risotto or a steak they were both options. My scallop starter with small curls of calamari in a seafood and butter sauce was Delicious! For the group, we ordered the Hokkaido Milk bread with furoshike butter…like Hawaiian bread (a brioche) but a smooth milk taste. We all chose the Heritage Pork Chop (a winner) which had fried okra, slices of grilled apricot, potato cake and pickled greens. The pork was tender and juicy. A combination that evoked a savvy chef’s Southern dish. For dessert, we had the light pineapple upside down cake with coconut ice cream. Great finish. The kitchen even placed a birthday candle on the plate. Overall, I was impressed with Prospect restaurant; a surprise treat which I plan to return to again and again!

Beautiful space, attentive service, and delicious food. Small menu, but very delicious. Probably the best fried chicken I've ever had (sorry Wayfare, this has you beat, hands down!). My companion had the burger and she said it was incredible, especially the extremely fresh bun. Had the peach dessert after dinner and unfortunately that did not rise to the level of dinner at all. The peach was so hard it was mistaken for an apple. Not ripe and no flavor. Luckily we also got the key lime dessert and that was as spectacular as the dinner.

Perfect cocktail with one of the best pork chops I’ve ever had in my life. The spicy polenta rocked our world. All of ended up getting the same dish after tasting it.

Excellent service & good food. Beautiful contemporary decor in an intimate ambience. It feels as an upscale restaurant without super expensive prices. The duck was cooked to perfection. Tasty & soft. The halibut presentation was a piece of art. And it was delicious. Since I live nearby I'll come back or order to take out.

Nice, seasonal house cocktail selection. Knowledgeable, helpful wait staff. Excellent food, innovative menu... although portions could be a bit larger. -- Very attractive, comfortable dinning room in a convenient location.

Went for a business dinner, the food and cocktails were great. I would say they were under staffed and it took forever to get drinks, food etc and we went early (5:30) and you could tell everyone was stretched thin and even more so around 7pm when larger and private groups came. It's a shame as our server was great and everything was wonderful but taking over 30 minutes for anyone to check on us for drinks, ordering entrees was somewhat less enjoyable so we only had small bites and drinks and decided to leave because it took 2+ hours as it was-- Again not the staff's fault and everywhere is struggling so I'd go back again but just be more prepared to order everything all at once.

This restaurant is smack close to a lot of shopping options as well as closer to the commuter hub. A walkable distance from the embarcadero BART station as well. Entering the restaurant, we passed by the bar and were generously offered a seat by our hostess. We got seated right by the windows giving us prime views to the high rises in the city. Nice! Out waitress attended to our table quickly to explain a few of the options available to us as appetizers. We chose to go with the Hokkaido milk bread with some honey butter on the side. The one bread with the fresh smell of milk and the honey butter was too much to resist. The menu had some decent options for vegetarians as well as those that preferred meat options. I went with the risotto and absolutely enjoyed the dish. The dessert menu had very tempting options as well. The ambiance was just perfect to have a business meeting as well as enjoy the wonderful menu options. Highly recommend the place if you're here for the evening or you're passing through.

We got the Braised Octopus a la Plancha and the Bucatini Cacio e Pepe as appetizers. Then we got the Seared Diver Scallops, Roasted Duck Breast, and Snake River Farms Babette for entrees. I feel like I should have more to say about the dishes, but I think they were good, but nothing memorable. Just classic new American dishes.

Fantastic place, can’t say enough how wonderful were the food, staff, and atmosphere. We have been in many places around the world but this place is unique. The high standards from appetizers to desserts were kept throughout the meal. Flavors well balanced, fresh ingredients, and beautiful presentation. All elegant in a very simple way. Outstanding were the Heirloom tomato salad, fried chicken, and the hot chocolate cake. Looking forward to visit again!

Great food and service! The homemade snickers bon bon for dessert was next level!

A small menu but everything was done very well. The menu lacks a certain narrative that makes this a good restaurant but not quite great. The service was fantastic and the space was comfortable and although open plan surprisingly intimate. An uncontroversial choice for upper scale dining.
