Came here looking on google for a healthy place to have breakfast, Food was not just healthy It was delicious. The organic Eggs with hot sauce, croissant and granola all were very tasteful. People is very nice and helpful. The place it’s very peaceful with lots of tables to sit indoor and outdoor. The only con is that is a little hard to get to, it is inside of the building with very few signs on the outside. A truly hidden gem.

Cafe RX is a cozy little spot with great food and friendly service. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, making it a perfect place to grab a quick bite or linger over a cup of coffee. The menu has a good variety of options, with plenty of healthy choices as well as indulgent treats. Overall, a great spot for a satisfying meal or a caffeine fix.

I don't take pix of food but it never occurred to me to put asparagus in a hsm and swiss. Literally the best ham sandwich ever.

A wonderful, quiet family-friendly spot in the heart of the Presidio. Adjacent to abundant inexpensive parking, this cafe offers gourmet-quality breakfasts and lunches, with almost all dishes, including delicious warm pressed sandwiches, for under $10. There is a well-stocked cold case with beverages, yogurts, etc. Service is prompt and friendly. There is great deal of well-spaced seating for family groups of various sizes.

Their spicy chai mix is made in house. It is delicious! The staff is super friendly and always go above and beyond.

A hidden gem. My only bad note is that it seems like it will he hard to get to, if you use Google to get to it. It's just in the back hallway inside the "tides converge" collaborative workspace. Pork and soy chorizo options. Local eggs. Bagels. Croissants. Espresso.

Omg!!! What a breakfast!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. So yummy and fresh! The Organic eggs were so good served with salad, fruits, toasts and the latte was so creamy!!! My husband had chorizo eggs and oh la la ! Yummy!

Awesome food and service. Arrived just before closing and ordered daily special of stuffed mushrooms with rice ball and salad. Was offered complimentary soup as well which was super tasty lentils and vegetables. Topped off with espresso coffee for a perfect lunch.

We were visiting SF from Dallas and found this hidden out of the way gem online and are so glad we did! The food is really good, fresh and organic. The portions are big and the prices very reasonable. We enjoyed breakfast so much, we came back several hours later for lunch.

I took long walk in Presidio and stopped here for brunch. The chorizo eggs breakfast was great. It is low key and peaceful at least today :)

Was expecting to grab a quick bite but ended up eating here. Only read the reviews halfway through the meal. By then we were already impressed. The sandwiches were perfectly put together and the soup was fantastic! Service was great too.

Cafe RX is a hidden gem! I have worked in the building they are in for 15 years now, and have been consistently impressed by the food and the service. The team at Cafe RX is wonderful and they produce delicious meals from a very tiny kitchen. I don't know how they do it. I often bring guests here for lunch and folks always rave about the food. This place is deservedly popular with locals, so there may be a line you have to wait in to place your order, but it is well worth standing in line. Highly recommended!

We found this place on a quick search for coffee while walking around the area. Great find. Good food, good service, good coffee. There’s lots of window seating too, which we enjoyed. Stop by here and then walk to the Yoda fountain before continuing on with your day.

Absolutely SO GOOD! My uncle and I had the chicken quesadilla and the turkey sandwich, and both were to DIE for. That, plus the homemade salsa/hot sauce they provide and boom, just lovely. And the service is lovely too!

A nice lunch stop which you'd probably never find unless you saw it on Google Maps. Excellent food, and good value.

Went here with my kids for lunch during our day trip to the Presidio. Entrees were less than $10 and the food was fresh and delicious. Plenty of seating, not too busy, and parking was close by. Hidden gem!

Everything we had for lunch at Cafe Rx was absolutely delicious! The ham & brie sandwich and the shrimp ceviche special came with a side of tasty green salad. The strong espresso and the almond croissant were a perfect dessert. Very friendly service too! This place is definitely a hidden gem. Don't miss if you are visiting the Presidio neighborhood!

This spot is a hidden gem! Anyone who lives or works in the Presidio should make time for breakfast or lunch here - it's so good and fresh! Everything is nicely done and healthy, but even if you go with the less healthy options they serve everything with fresh fruit or little micro spinach salad. Very veggie/fresh forward. And you can sit in the Tides building courtyard to eat!
